I reverse engineered their pricing…

I reverse engineered their pricing structure with a bunch of experimentation, because the "free" stuff is all structured so that you basically overpay the actual price of the item in shipping. You can see for yourself if you add things to your cart and then check the shipping price that's locked in - it absolutely does not reflect the reality of what the shipping would cost. This lack of transparency earns dicelegend a SOLID 1 star - avoid always.

Excellent custom service and dice

There's a lot of concern that the dice weren't free, but considering you get more dice with just paying for shipping. Admittedly, between two orders I did miss some dice I ordered, but the customer service response and help was immediate and heart-felt (now I got some extra dice!). I would happily request more dice from this vendor.

False Advertisment pictures

It was clear to me that the dice aren't really for free but I thougth it's still a good price and tried it. But what I got are dice that don't look like the picture on the website (the cheese ones) and as someone else wrote: the pictures are most likly stolen from other websites. Same goes for the "free" bag that is included.
Also the counter (Time left for the FREE dice) on the top of the website is always resetting and a really shameful and bad tatic to push a customer to buy fast.
I also received a mystery dice set and that looks actually really good but it's not worth that much money. This tactics with the false counter and false pictures is enough for me to keep it at an one star review.

My Girlfriend Loves it

Although most of the products are marked as 'FREE,' I still ordered the Rose Amethyst Gemstone dice set as a birthday gift for my girlfriend since she loves the gemstone series. I paid around $79 for it, which is not a bad deal for a good quality set of dice.

Can't believe I could get the D20 popcorn bucket from this shop. Spent a lot of time searching for but couldn't find anywhere. Design and finish are fantastic.

Fast Shipping

Recently placed an order with them, and it only took 7 days for the delivery to reach my place after I ordered. Much faster than I expected. Will be placing another order before Christmas.

Not A Scam Company

Not a scam company, so far I have bought 15 dice sets from them and most of them looked exactly as advertised. I even get a complementrary dragon eye dice bag! Will order again.

avoid this scam company

so, I took a chance and purchased some dice. mainly to see what the quality was. I try to give everyone a fair shake. this turned out to be a mistake in this case.
so, here's my thoughts on them.
I went with the "free" sets, as this seemed like a good place to start. yes, you pay shipping, I'm fine with that. so, I chose 6 sets of dice, totally different from one another. \bear in mind...all these dice I ordered are supposed to be PREMIUM dice sets. so, I chose the following...
- honey dice set, 23.99USD. this is supposed to be a set that's the liquid gold colour of honey. instead, they shipped a cheap set of pale yellow plastic dice with glitter in them. cheap plastic cast.
- dark god set (unknown price, N/A). this looked nice. these were supposed to be a VERY dark charcoal grey/midnight black with semi-sharp edges and nice numbers. I wish I could say something about these, but they didn't even bother shipping them. as well, they're not showing on the website anymore.
- antique red set, 32.99USD. these at least look like the photos. but the colour is washed out, the dice won't sit flat. NONE of them. not one dice has a flat surface. every single dice, when sitting on a side, will wobble. this tells me they'll also be unbalanced as well, so they'll probably roll certain numbers consistently. it's obviously a plastic mold issue.
- dark continent, 21.99USD. so, rather than ship the correct dice, they shipped me 2 of these. the numbers aren't very deep and in the case of the 4's on the D20's, they're almost not there. the colour is an odd washed out grey with a matte finish that feels very grainy. they're VERY cheap material and EVERY dice already has marks and mars and, in several isntances, chips on them just from shipping. so, they'll probably crumble during play.
- blood rage set, 24.99USD. these were a huge disappointment. the blood colour....isn't. it looks more like red koolaid. the colour is very washed out, there's glitter in the dice, they're standard round edged dice. the D100 actually had cracks in it and EVERY dice has chips at the corners. these are just a very cheap plastic cast.
- cheese set, 29.99USD. this was the big disappointment out of the lot. the photos show nice, crisp edges and holes. the dice themselves are sharp edged, but like the other dice they're a very cheap plastic. so, chances are good they'll chip easily. the holes...well, it looks like someone sat down with a pin vise and drilled a hole here, a hole there. not deep at all. just barely into the surface. they look nothing like the photos.
so, overall these dice are not worth the money at all, as other people's posts here have guessed. it's very, very obvious that the photos were stolen from other manufacturer's of quality dice to try to give them credibility.
for this set of "premium" dice, you would've expected high quality resin, at the least. instead, every single set is made of medium to low grade plastic that, in most cases, is showing signs of wear in the form of cracks, chips and marring to the surface (rubbing marks, scratches, etc.).
these dice aren't worth even close to what's being asked for them. maybe 10% of the asking price, but definitely not 30+/set.

Nothing but a positive experience :D

Felt like I needed to review this business due to all the negative reviews.
I ordered a bunch of dice sets from their site a week ago, and today I received my order - points for fast shipping!
All the dice are exactly as described/pictured on the website, and everything is neatly wrapped - major points!
I even got a free set of dice as well as a dice bag - mega bonus points!
I placed my order as part of their "FREE TODAY" campaign, so I only had to pay for shipping - which ended up being a bit costly, but when you think about all the free dice, it evens out (in my opinion).
All in all a great experience, and I will definitely shop with them again :D

Amazing Service!

Dice Legend has a very easy to navigate website, they have a large offering that can be overwhelming to look though, but it’s worth it to find what you’re looking for. I purchased two lucky scoops + 1 Bonus + 1 Metal Dice set and threw in a free d100 and a set of resin cast dice too. All of the dice were very high quality, arrived safely packaged, and being able to purchase through shop made the tracking so much easier.

Also, the shipping/tracking was very easy to follow and made it much better to find the final arrival date after initial shipping.

Order was filled with "near-matches"

I ordered several sets of dice from this company and did receive them promptly, which is why they receive some stars from me.

However, it looks like someone just guessed what dice to put in my order instead of confirming that I was getting the right dice. The "amythest" dice were very pink. The "Red, Blue, Purple" dice were purple with a few swirls of pink and no hint of blue. They claim there is natural color variation, but an entire set of 7 dice wouldn't all naturally lack 2 of the three colors you claim are in the dice. The black dice I ordered which should have had raised numbers based on the picture instead had indented numbers.

As others have said, the shipping costs are really high to make up for the "free" dice they are giving out. But the more items you get, the cheaper shipping costs per item. I ended up paying about $6 per set. While that matches the quality of material I expected, getting a bunch of near-matches instead of the actual dice I ordered is disappointing.

I somewhat got what I asked for

I somewhat got what I asked for, tho I wouldn't say that they are the highest quality (I know, shocking). Ordered 2 dice sets and I got 2 more sets as gifts (which I had to pay shipping fees for, but I figured that out before paying), plus a bag (which isn't top notch either).
I found out the hard way that "dicelegend(dot)com/products/liquid-metal-dnd-dice-set" (sry I'm not rly allowed to send links) is NOT metal, but plastic or whatever like the rest + it has some errors with the paint, cuz a side on each die has a different color than it's supposed to be.
I payed around $35 I think for all of this (including the $7 for the "liquid metal" set, which I'm still a bit upset about).
Overall, if you can get these stuff for like half of what I payed, I'd say it's not too bad of a deal for some dice, but if you want something of a better quality, you might want to look elsewhere.

Lol trust me the dice are not free

Lol trust me the dice are not free from this website no matter what they claim your paying for the dice when you pay for shipping because I got a few sets of dice and the shipping total was $213 for what would be about a pound of dice

Having done a bit of research…

Having done a bit of research after purchasing a product I learned that this website was fairly new but I also read on Facebook that they're 'moving warehouse' and need to get rid of stock. Learning this it seemed a bit contradictory and I found out from Reddit that the site is considered a scam site by not providing the accurate product pictured in the images. I can say though, that when asked to cancel my order they did so fairly quickly and I got my money back. The website has a SSL certificate so if you used something that wasn't PayPal or a Credit Card you should be safe
