Good purchase experience

Ordered a One Piece OP-13 booster box and it came well packed and on time. I've placed orders on a couple other store but this was the only one that included the promotions pack so they have my thanks.

Great experience for my first time…

Great experience for my first time ordering

Bit of an odd one. But I was going around online trying to find a product that's been sold out, found it here and decided to give them a call at a pretty late time to see if the stock was correct.
I was pretty surprised that I got an answer and they assured me there was stock.

I put the order in and the next day I received an email asking if I'd made my delivery/collection options correctly, I hadn't. But they were quick to fix this for me.

Today I received an email saying my item has been dispatched. Honestly just a great experience overall as far as online purchasing goes.
Just felt human every step of the way which is a rare thing nowadays.

Real rip off

Looks like a great shop, with loads of events and a nice community. However I was highly disappointed after having bought a £18 game which contained nothing but instructions, blank tiles and some brush pens (the game in question: a fake artist goes to new York). I wanted to return it, but I was refused the return because the original wrapper was open. (I should have paid more attention to the content of the box before buying, but in the spur of the moment, I didn't and trusted the staff's recommendation). I was also told by the staff that the game was fine for 4 people, eventhough it said 5-10 on the box. Turns out it doesn't work with 4 people only. I went to return the game hours after my purchase, unplayed, in perfect condition. But just because their return policy (which I was unaware of at the time of purchase) specified that the original plastic wrapper add to be untouched, I was refused the return. I offered to buy something new to compensate, asked if at least they were able to make some kind of gesture. Nothing. I was really polite. But this is such bad customer service. A real rip off. Will not buy there again.

£235 later and I've received nothing :-(

Original message posted below. I've sent this message on three occasions now with no response to your email address;

"I placed an order with you for a Magic the Gathering: The Brothers' War - Collectors Booster Box on the 10/11/2022. This is the first order I've made with you after recommendations from my family who buy and purchase MTG from yourselves and go to some of your events there. I purchased this for my young nephew Zach for Christmas. Sadly, I wanted to let you know they've not arrived yet to my address as of today.

I've spoken with my postwoman and she informed me a package was left for me later last week which was tracked. After checking with my neighbours and looking around the property myself, I can confirm I've not received the MTG cards I ordered. I've certainly not signed for anything if a signature was required. Given the amount I spent, I'm concerned and I hope you will work with me to resolve this issue going forward?"

I want to be clear I'm a geniune person who spent over £230 on these cards. I will request my bank do a payment reversal if I do not hear from you within a reasonable time frame. Not a happy camper right now.
