Worst customer service ever and duplicates your inventory

Great interface and easy to use fast for updating card prices when your inventory is not being duplicated a when you ask them to fix this you get told it’s not a system error and that it must of been you then I tested this theory an upload only 200 cards but there was over 300 listed this happened 8 or 9 times the first time I had taken a month to upload 8000 cards luckily the customer base is normally amazing about it all but it’s not worth the stress.

the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I am now back on another website. I have screenshot all my reviews because I’ve asked them to delete my page

Quick + human response to support…

Quick + human response to support issue, instead of corporate style other companies would use.

Much better than support interactions I've had with cardmarket.

Plus no issues with purchased products either.

Sellers beware these scammers

I was a private seller on this page, I have 300 sales and over 100 positive reviews, after a claim i had sold counterfeit cards i had my entire inventory authenticated to prevent any more incidents.
I then had a second incident where a buyer claimed i had sold a counterfeit card, this was 100+ days after they had received the order and so anything could have happened in that time to the card i sent out.
Without contacting me or carrying out a full investigation mage refunded this person from my wallet. When i contacted them to enquire about the refunded i was informed that they had received a counterfeit card and that, despite there buyer protection policy ending when money is sent to the seller, they had refunded the buyer and then banned my account as it was the second incident, i tried to point out that i had all cards authenticated and that this had been 100+ days since recieving the order but their response was "We’ve reviewed the case once again, taking into account the circumstances, available evidence, and your feedback.

Our verification process confirmed that the card submitted to us was counterfeit. As the sale of counterfeit items is strictly prohibited on Mage, we are required to take action regardless of when the issue is identified."
I have once again pointed out that just because they have a card submitted to them for verification does not mean it is the one sent out and that this is scamming genuine sellers as they do not allow you to defend yourself or accept anything you say.
I would not use them again as a seller but as a buyer feel free to use this exploit to your hearts content as it is a very easy way to get expensive real cards for the cheap price of buying a counterfeit copy and sending it in to be verified by there team, just as long as you dont mind being part of a scam on genuine sellers

Fantastic!

Fantastic platform for both sellers and buyers!

We’ve been using Mage for a while now at Boomstick Games, and it’s hands down one of the smoothest, most user friendly platforms we’ve worked with.

As a seller and a buyer, it’s been a great space to connect with MTG players and collectors. The community has been genuinely positive, orders are easy to manage, and the selling fees are fair, especially given the visibility Mage provides.

I can highly recommended to anyone looking to buy or sell Magic singles in the UK. It’s a platform built with the community in mind, and it really shows.

A refreshing experience on selling MTG cards

I've been selling on Mage for 4 months now and even though the website is still fairly new, I've really enjoyed how easy and user friendly it is compared to other card selling platforms. I've never gotten around to start selling some of my cards with other sites, but Mage respects your time by making everything no-nonsense and accessible for busy people, and after about 95 sales I'm yet to have a bad experience with any buyers. The support team have always been quick to respond and useful to resolve any queries. Would happily recommend it to anyone in the UK into magic looking for an alternative.
