Dice made booking easy and released tickets (QR codes) two hours before.
Rough Trade promo events vary but when bands play (as well as sign) ..they are really great .. the store staff clear a big area for standing fans..a stage with a good P.A.and lighting .. and at the most recent Stornoway appearance they played a blistering full- on one hour set before joining us to chat, sign and share merch !
Highly recommended !

I always use Dice to find really awesome events! Whereas buying tickets to arena concerts is nice sometimes, I find Dice provides access to more affordable and typically more memorable events. The booking process is easy, and it's easy to even look for last minute plans.

Easy to book, great offers and, mostly, amazing customer service.

The performance was great ! Tabber was amazing, the venue was a bit of a let down. It’s a standing venue and there were no screens showing the performance. It was hard at times to see when Tabber wasn’t centre on stage. At times I had to look at other people’s phone to be able to see him. Not great

Booked two tickets to an evening gig we were really looking forward to. Received an email two weeks later saying the event was rescheduled to 1pm, which was in the middle of the workday so we can't attend, "but don't worry you can request a refund". The incompetent DICE support team asked for evidence the gig was reschedule (? your own email) and then insisted a refund was against Terms and Conditions, which by the way I've read, and anything rescheduled should absolutely be refundable. Don't touch with a bargepole!

The music box is a great place to listen to live music. The cocktails are fantastic.

Great little venue in Brighton. Easy to get to and lots of places to eat nearby. Very smooth entry and exit to venue. Bar inside with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend visiting and will return again.

What an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!

The DICE app was brilliant. Activating our tickets made the whole experience feel really special, almost as though we were being welcomed into something exclusive.

The accessibility arrangements were excellent. Being able to jump the queue made everything so easy, and the door staff were fantastic welcoming, efficient and really well organised.

The bar staff were equally impressive. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and despite how busy it was, people were served incredibly quickly.

The event itself was outstanding! The big screen was awesome, and Mr. Scruff was absolutely fantastic.

A special mention for the accessibility area and security staff, who were so thoughtful and attentive throughout. It really felt as though every detail had been considered, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves completely.

An exceptional experience all round. Huge congratulations to everyone involved. You've set the bar incredibly high! ❤️

DICE app easy to use, tickets and venue info all updated and easy to access on phone. Took a while for QR code tickets to load in queue but other than that it all worked well.

The support team has always been lovely and helpful, I had issues with the booking (i made a mistake) and they were very quick and understanding!

DICE guided through the whole experience with constant guidance and updates. I had a great time!!

Application facile, accessible, rapidité

Great application for ticket reservation. Simple to use and straightforward. I particularly like the fact that for some venues, if you can't end up making it, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or sell it back directly in the app.
