Excellent service, after an on line chat with a very friendly knowledgeable person I ordered the item and I am certainly not disappointed. A beautiful gift for my granddaughter on her 21st birthday

Disappointing service. I don't recommend that any family or friends purchase the item. The customer service is disappointing. The number they provided was not answered. If you email them, you get a reply after 48 hours. I requested the manager call and explain the service they are providing. In response, I got an email saying they would be in touch because of the high volume of tasks.

amazing professional experience at the Birmingham store in the jewellery quarter. the store was amazing and beautifully laid out, my first impression was of the staff all very smart with suits on and very friendly. I made an appointment for a new engagement ring for my 50th birthday. I already knew what I wanted in design which I opted for a 5ct halo princess cut diamond in top spec and colour. the whole process was a lovely experience and Emmanuelle who served us and the most lovely manner, he was patient and very helpful, my ring was ready within 3 weeks and when I opened the box I was blown away! WOW! I was totally overwhelmed by the clarity and size of my diamond! it's absolutely breathtaking, the finish is exceptional! I'm sooo pleased with the quality and whole experience of the DF. thankyou for making me feel like a princess... an old one! lol

Incredible experience with Austen and Blake’s in Liverpool. Thomas was amazingly helpful considering I was a complete novice. He was patient, extremely informative and respectful of my budget (even though I chose to go over it!). Additionally, he was honest about when the ring would arrive by as I had originally planned to propose on a holiday but ended up changing plans. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!

The bracelet was so miniscule, a magnifying glass would be needed. It's only a matter of time before it disappears off the wrist.
