I had purchased diamond eternity ring…
I had purchased diamond eternity ring from here. Initially I was happy with it bit not even a year later and one of diamonds has fallen off.
I contacted them and they have told me to send it back (my expense) and then they'll inspect it to see whether it's manufacturing fault or my fault. Deoending outcome, Ill be charged. I didn't even wear the ring every day!. I may as well take it to my own jeweller. It will be cheaper.
This is no way to treat a customer who has bought 3 items from them.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
