Very unreliable service. Out of 4 cleaners assigned only 2 turned up, The second cleaner left my home in a mess which I had to clear up. hard as I am disabled. The 4th had privacy issues eveb though the only satisfactory cleaner.. The company places responsibility on the client about issues never checking in if they are satisfied. Giving a months notice for unsatisfactory service is a joke, Be very aware. I did not have a cleaner for 3 months but DD still taken and no oversight from the company. that i did not have a cleaner.
I would rate only for one week decent cleaning. The owner of this franchise states it is my responsibility to to let them know i dont have a cleaner. That is no way to run a business when she sad she had hundreds if cleaners. I didnt get one. I am elderly disabled and partially sighted and it has cost me a lot to not have a cleaner about 100 or more not including next DD I cant cancel. This is a scam.

BE WARNED- this franchise appears to be fake.
Putting elderly people in need at risk of losing their pension and unable to afford a service elsewhere.
No recourse for returning monies paid as no response from anywhere or anyone.

AVOID THE CHELTENHAM SERVICE
Caroline at the Cheltenham/Gloucestershire franchise is absolutely operating a scam service.
I paid £100 for a deep clean which we discussed extensively. Communication with Caroline was always quick and professional so felt in good hands. The cleaner was booked for 4 hours, only delivered 3 and what she actually did looked like hardly an hours worth of cleaning. Even basic, cleaning which i explicitly requested such as hoovering the carpets and wiping the sides. The bathroom was still as grubby as I left it. All standard services you would want to see from a supposed deep clean/reset. I messaged Caroline to let her know how the clean had gone and let her know that the service wasn’t delivered and expected the same, professional response but instead she ignored me for two days and when I prompted, got an incredibly rude reply that she would get back to me the next day. She eventually offered me £30 good will gesture? At no point did she apologise or endeavour to find out more about the completely unsatisfactory service delivered. I of course declined the good will offer and am taking a legal route so they don’t pocket £70 for not doing hardly anything and hopefully put a stop to her through trading standards. Wanted to make sure I put a stark warning out there for anyone looking at this firm. Completely illegitimate unfortunately

Although our representative from Diamond Home support was very professional, polite and pleasant to talk to on WhatsApp… (his name is Plamen and he was 10/10 for customer service ),
Unfortunately, the cleaner he assigned to us named « Keelie » decided to CANCEL on us TWO TIMES with very short notice. The first time, she claimed she had a « family emergency » 24 hours prior and wouldn’t make it… we rescheduled for a week later and she CANCELLED AGAIN an hour before she was due to arrive, saying her child was ill this time. Completely unreliable and impolite. She is happy to waste your time and energy and flake on you repeatedly. I prepared the apartment TWICE, emptying rooms of clutter and putting out a large selection of cleaning supplies for her. Ultimately I had to clean the apartment myself as Diamond had no other options and no available cleaners in my town.
Diamond Home Support have suggested they won’t use Keelie again and I hope that is the case. Time waster.

I have just had my second clean and I have been really impressed with the company & that is even with a cleaner cancelling last minute due to leaving the company. What impressed me was a follow up call from them the day she left. They called to assure me another cleaner would come by the end of the week. That was Paula & she did an excellent job. She was really friendly & she did a great job.

The business model of this company is that they facilitate contact between the client and a cleaner, and then they keep on earning a regular fee (paid via direct debit) as a retainer, or something.
I respect that.
However, I asked to be granted the privilege of trying the cleaner assigned to me once, before getting into what is effectively a subscription model. But the person from the company who's managing my account spent the better part of last week badgering and pestering me with this bloody direct debit I have to set up, preemptively accusing me of wanting to bypass the company and deal with the cleaner directly, which I never wanted to do.
I promised I would make a decision about my cleaner by Monday 30 March morning, a deadline which hasn't elapsed yet. However, I made a fatal mistake. The cleaner (a skilled and thoughtful person) asked me if we could already set up an appointment for next week, and I arranged that with her directly. For practical reason, not to bypass this bunch of annoying paranoids.
For this horrible crime, I received an e-mail at 22:45 on Sunday 29 March with some hysterical nonsense about me bypassing this bloody company or some such.
Dear lord, enough with this crap. Get a grip on your paranoia. I was going to set up this damned direct debit first thing in the morning but the very idea of having to deal with you is turning my day sour.

Updated review:
I’ve had to update my original review after further issues came to light.
It turns out the previous cleaner had placed recycled items and normal household items – including a fan, even very important medication – inside the brown garden waste bin, despite it being clearly marked for garden waste only. We had not at all been notified of this. This caused unnecessary problems and showed a lack of care.
The next cleaner also pointed out that the earlier cleaning had been inadequate.
Based on this, the work quality was low and the professionalism I initially experienced was not maintained. I can’t recommend this service.

The cleaner was excellent, very hard-working and thorough throughout. The service offered great value for money, and everything was handled professionally. I had no issues at all with either the cleaning itself or the payment process. I would recommend this service to others.

Paul found me a cleaner at short notice to do a whole day's clean on a house from which we were moving out . The cleaner, Paula, developed her own work plan, worked really hard, and was friendly and obliging. Ticked all the boxes.
