Dialog network is like an open book.. many spammers are syphoning credit balances from the dialog numbered phone credit..within a minute a spammer by the name of "FUNBOOK" took away rs. 200/ from my dialog phone credit. When querried with dialog, instead of securing their network they are blaming the consumer..wondering if dialog has a close connection with the spammers.

Why charge, if Dialog TV service did not work since March 2024?
Even if we try to use it, it never worked!
Nevertheless, the customer service is saying that we have to pay the outstanding amount as the connection status from Dialog Axiata PLC end is active???
How can a connection be active but the customer is not receiving any TV reception or signal (nothing, nada)?
Not very happy !
And do not have a single point of contact or person responsible looking after your issue; we received email replies from 3 different customer service people!
Utter waste of our (or your) valuable time!
Total Rip-Off: Poor Customer Service!
I’ve made two calls, but my issue is still unresolved. I was told a manager would call back, but after waiting over 30 minutes, I received no response. To make matters worse, I was charged for calls related to their mistake! This is a total rip-off, Dialog. The other communication channels to reach Dialog are a nightmare. The only solution left is to change the management. It’s disgraceful how customer service has declined over the years.

Inaccurate billing - almost verging on Fraud
I moved to an apartment and requested dialog to transfer the account to my name from the previous person & continue WiFi only. The account was finally changed to my name after 3 months. With incorrectly spelled name.

They have created a broadband account & a fiber account connected to a contract number. Why three numbers?
The bill I received 1/4-30/4 does not show my payments made. In addition my guests did not have WiFi twice now I had to stop my work and sort this costing me huge amount of time & earnings ! Watch out for bills and read the contract carefully. Dialog seems a monopoly too!

Misleads you to sell whatever they want. I went to dialog Ratmalana three weeks back, because I wanted to change my SLT connection cos it was getting unaffordable!, dialog took my home address to check the signal availability, showed me it was perfect, five bars. Asked me how many live at home and what are the appliances I normally use, then they confirmed again, that I will have a perfect connection. Believing them , paid 8000/- bought the router and the viuMini, from day one have huge issues, cannot watch TV, damn thing keeps rotating, my cctv doesn’t work, called the hot line many times, the only solution they propose is to buy ( repeater) another gadget a plug in device, even that they cannot guarantee . Now I am obliged to go back to SLT, so my advice to all is to avoid such adventures stick with SLT!
