Cases are cute but took a month to arrive

The picture had a textured case but it was just printed on. Since I was not happy with my order I emailed asking if I could return it exchange, but no response ever came. It also took a very long time to arrive. :)

The phone case was a scam the thing was just printed on the case and it looked not professional, also it tooled to long to deliver almost 6 weeks.

The case does not look anything like in description. My daughter has been most disappointed. No back communication from the seller about it.

You will not respond to my emails, calls, or text. I have been trying to return this case and the company (dialle) refuses to give me the information to return my case. The phone case I received was definitely not worth 25$ it was cheap and not sturdy. It also was not the color that is pictured in the picture. Also the tracking did not work and when I ordered it said the phone case would arrive in 4-6 days but it arrived in 3 weeks

Awful. Took forever to ship. When the case did arrive it was bright purple and white instead of the advertised blue and cream. The case pops of the phone frequently and it overall sucks

phone case is perfect! i reached out multiple times to find out when it was coming in and never got an answer took a little over a month to receive my package

It broke already a week after getting it. It also doesn’t have enough coverage of the phone. Very thin and not durable m.

Do not buy, i have waited over 3 weeks for them to ship my parcel and they still have not it is very clear they are an unorganised company, the lack of communication is appalling.The amount of times i have contacted them is a joke and they still refuse to communicate with me.

Super cute case! I ordered two for my nieces and one for myself, all with our initials. My nieces loved them. I’ve been getting so many compliments. Would definitely buy more.

Your response is horrible and your shipping time is horrible as well.

The quality of the products is not good at all, it's extra expensive for what it is... You can see the pixels in the print. Better to buy a 2€ case, it's the same.

Phone Case cracked after falling just 1 time. Not a cheap case, so disappointed.

I do not recommend buying from them, the quality is very poor, definitely not worth the price. I bought it with initials and it look very cheap, the letters seem to have spilled out.
