Unprofessional Customer Service and Unresolved Refund Issue
I purchased the premium 5 devices - 1 year subscription and after installing it, the app recommended some driver updates. However, none of them were suitable for my device and it ruined my PC, causing it to boot into a blue screen. The only way to fix it was a factory reset, so I decided I didn't want the app anymore.
I sent an email to customer support requesting a refund on the same day of purchase, as I read in their policy that I have a 30-day refund guarantee under any circumstances. They didn't respond, so I sent another email the next day. Their response was just "Done," a completely blank email without any greetings or explanations. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking.
I waited a few days but nothing happened, so I contacted PayPal for help, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist. After two weeks, I sent a third email to the company. Surprisingly, they claimed it was the first email they received from me and assured me they would approve my refund. They mentioned it would take around four weeks for the refund to process.
It's been two weeks since that last communication, and I still haven't received my refund. I will wait two more weeks and update this review, but the customer service has been extremely unprofessional. I've never encountered anything like this before.
**Update: Refund Not Received After One Month**
The one-month period for the refund has now been completed, and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted them three days before the refund date, and as usual, the response was unprofessional and useless. At this point, I have given up on this app. Even if I get refunded, I won't update my review.
Please beware and don't be swayed by people advertising this app. It's not worth dealing with them. There are better apps available with far superior customer service. This has been the worst customer service and most unprofessional support I have ever experienced.
