Zero Privacy

I bought some SEX TOY on a platform from Germany. Once it arrived in Italy they opened it and they put the duck tape REPACKED. They also put a new label for the shipping from the Italian Headquarters to my address. That's unbelievable. The privacy in non-existent!!!

DHL Express is by far the best shipping…

DHL Express is by far the best shipping company in the world. I know this from experience. Every week, we ship many packages worldwide, and it always works flawlessly. No other company even comes close to the level of service DHL provides.

I’ve ordered several times from Kuwait…

I’ve ordered several times from Kuwait (makeup and accessories, small boxes worth around AED 1,000 each). Every time, the seller ships via DHL without giving me a choice, and I end up paying about AED 400 in shipping fees — nearly half the order’s value. This is extremely excessive for such small items, and even my friends are frustrated with the same issue when using DHL. DHL should be more transparent about their charges and offer fairer rates for customers.”

Completely Incompetent Company

They got the job to deliver my rare "one of a kind" painting and completely blew it! They left it at the wrong address and sent me a picture verifying this, along with a fake signature obviously by their driver!
UPDATE: Due to my TRUST PILOT review, DHL located the driver involved, and luckily the package was still at the wrong location. So TRUST PILOT works!

It’s in the rabbit hole

You’ve heard of bait and switch? DHL are experts. I order a package from TME, it was 2 items shipped separately due to, out of stock. First package took 4 days from Lodz, Poland to Lake Forest, California, USA. Second part of my order seems to have been lost or forgotten about. It was picked up 5/22/25 and I am still waiting for a delivery date, today, 6/2/25. I inquired about the shipment and was told DHL doesnt interfere with customs. So I researched DBP they work according to demand, since Cincinnati, Ohio is a DHL entry point I’m sure they are busy. Yes DBP doesn’t work Memorial Day but it’s just one day. DHL sends you notifications that states the clearing customs process can start while the parcel is in transit which makes the length of time it’s taking DHL to complete my delivery unfathomable.
Another issue is, they give you the ability to track your shipment but the times are inaccurate. Malpensa, Italy to Cincinnati, Ohio, USA is about a 12 freight flight. It left Malpensa approximately 7:15 5/25/25 and doesn’t show an arrival time, just keeps showing “clearance event”. This caused me confusion, does this mean DBP physically have my package and they are inspecting it or is it still in transit and they are reviewing the import documents. Update 12:35am 6/2/25 my package has departed Cincinnati, Ohio. Where has my shipment been the last 9 days? When did the plane land? Most shipments are processed by DBP within 5 days, according to Google. I did sent an information request to DBP I should get a reply in 7-10 days. What will I get first, my reply or my package?

Held to ransom and charged 27 euros for an item to be released and delivered to me. Postage had already been paid in full and customs charges were a reasonable 7 euros but DHL charged 20 euros extra 'minimum fee'. The item was worth less than 40 euros. Contacted DHL customer service and was fobbed off various times in a patronising manner. I've informed the company I purchased the item from to advise how DHL are taking money from their clients 'or else' no release of the item. They'll change provider hopefully. Oh and of course the phone number didn't work. Disappointed and annoyed.

Such a terrible service

Such a terrible service. It costed 80$ to deliver passport from Poland to Thailand. They put the parcel on hold for 3 TIMES! Delivery is already late for 4 days and still not delivered. They NEVER call to notify about the issue. On top of that they charged me additional 25$ "customs fee" for the passport! The custom fee is non existent for the documents. This is redicilous. Worst experience ever! Avoid DHL at all cost!

RUBBISH SERVICE

I ordered an item from Timeshop24 in Germany am still waiting.
German efficiency "NON EXISTANT", the item was sent on 12th March, on trying to track it, IT WAS SAT IN GERMAN CUSTOM's until 18th March. It is now "Stuck with Parcel Force UK".
I paid for delivery to take 5 to 7 days.

US to Australia - fast!

Package took exactly 5 days (3 business days) from pick up to my front door: Hollywood to small regional town in Tasmania, (Ulverstone).
Local delivery by Australia Post.
Have always been super happy with DHL Express US to Tassie.

The DHL driver is so useless

Tracking 4743608601 The DHL driver is so useless. DPD came to my address. They deliver my package running about the same time as useless DHL claim to be at my address. I am sick and tired of DHL nasty service. I can’t stand the useless drivers and of the stupid company leadership.

Dhl express...NOT!!! BOYCOTT THESE SCAMMERS

If I could rate this -10 I would...was supposed to have my package yesterday, didn't arrive because I wasn't informed that they don't deliver to po box numbers, so my package was sent to Hamilton and then once I contacted them it was supposed to be delivered today but it seems it hasn't made it to Hamilton to get shipped back to Windsor and they can't tell me where my package is...the unfortunate thing is not only do they have 1 package but they have 4 of my packages....hundreds of dollars seem to have magical disappeared and no one can help me...I can't express the amount of frustration I have and I cannot believe this company is allowed to continue operating...I am seriously getting a lawyer and looking into a lawsuit..how can a customer pay large sums of money for shipping and security and yet packages disappear without a trace...they have no customer service skills...I can go on with a list of negatives...I will never purchase from anyone that uses DHL for thier shipping needs..maybe everyone needs to do the same and maybe this company will either change or go away...so angry and upset they have ruined what was supposed to be a childs favorite day..shame on you DHL and shame on your drivers...never again will I support anything to do with this company and every platform I can share what you have done I am going to flood them and warn everyone about your business ethics and operation methods..

Useless

Advised delivery would be Monday 10/02
Morning of 7/02 I receive messages to say delivery today between 13.15-15.15.
Incredible! I change my diary to make sure I'm home to receive it.

At 10.15 the driver turns up with my parcel. Unsurprisingly I'm not there to receive it so he takes it away.

Now no update for repeat delivery

I paid to express ship a piece of art…

I paid to express ship a piece of art from MX city to Ft Worth TX. It was supposed to be 2 days and I paid $1200. It has now been 2 weeks and they continually put it on a HOLD for no apparent reason. I confirmed this morning that it was out for delivery today and once again their system has put it on HOLD and it is not showing up.

Horrible experience and customer service.

DHL EXPRESS PATHETIC CARRIER

My package was shipped from the UK. Required a signature at delivery. What should take 1 day to deliver took 5 days!!! Customer service/ tracking information kept stating on the truck, out for delivery when it had not even cleared customs? Than I was given a window of 2:30-4:30pm for the delivery so I would be home to sign for the package. No one showed up, yet at 5:21pm DHL sent me an email stating " sorry we missed you" please arrange redelivery"? My husband & I were home the entire time and we have cameras on our house that proved a DHL No Show.
When I called Customer Service in Costa Rica, the agent advised that delivery state your not home all the time when it's not accurate or they don't want to deliver? Finally, the next day I receive notification that the delivery will be 3pm- 5pm. Then later in thr evening we noticed on our cameras a DHL truck had been at our home....no doorbell or knock. The driver just left the package in the middle of out front porch visible to the street. No signature was given or anything? The driver managed to stay clear not to be photographed at out front porch but we clearly could see him run back to his truck clearly after just throwing the package on our front porch. Lucky we have cameras or we never would have known it was delivered and could possibly bern stolen this holiday time of year. When I demanded a copy of the delivery paperwork that I was suppose to sign, the driver put, " company stamp"! I am not a company and never signed for my package which was paid extra for that service! I have requested a supervisor from DHL call me and so far that has fallen on deaf ears!!@
Pathetic Service, shady drivers, fabrication of communication. I would highly advise using another carrier, there are many out there that are trust worthy!!!

My shipment has not been delivered…

My shipment has not been delivered after arriving more than 3 days ago in South Africa. Why is DHL forwarding our packages to RAM (3rd party) without our knowledge and consent?
One pays an exorbitant amount for efficient shipping and gets horrible service via delayed delivery.

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than one star I would. My partner bought me clothing items in the UK worth £90 and paid another £90 to send them to me in South Africa. When the items arrived in South Africa I was sent an email from DHL that I have to pay £900 which is about R19, 000 + for duties and taxes. Mind you the value of the items is not more than R2000. I sincerely do believe that this company does scam its customers. Please be careful guys

I’ve send my son a birthday gift from Ireland and The service of DHL South Africa was so high quality man, the 2 ladies who I talked to on the phone from DHL South Africa were so professional man, they were so helpful in this whole process and I’m so happy my son’s birthday gift got delivered on time to South Africa for his birthday, Thank you DHL South Africa and DHL Ireland
