I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience.
After placing my order, I discovered that I would be charged a very high import duty because I am located in the United States. I also found that the exact same product was available on the Adidas U.S. website at a lower price. Because of this, I immediately decided to cancel my order.
To my surprise, the store’s cancellation policy stated that I could only receive about one-third of my payment back, even though the order had just been placed and there was nothing customized or special about it. I contacted customer service right away and requested that the order be canceled. They replied and informed me that they had contacted the warehouse regarding my request.
However, despite having more than enough time to stop the shipment, the order was processed anyway. I was still charged the import duties, and the package was shipped as if my cancellation request had never been made. It feels like my concerns were completely ignored.
As a result, I ended up spending nearly $200 more than necessary. The lack of flexibility, poor customer care, and failure to honor a reasonable cancellation request have left me very frustrated. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

The T-shirts are good quality. I love them.

Super Scam
Placed an order on the 26th of April. On the 30th of April, FedEx notified me it was placed on customs hold awaiting manufacturers ID and address.
I reached out to DFB Shop customer service, they told me they would reach out to FedEx.
May 8th, still no resolution. So I reach back out to DFBFanshop customer service, once again they told me they would handle it.
May 20th, still no resolution after a few more emails with customer service. I called FedEx myself and told them to return the package to the sender and I told DFBfanshop to issue a full refund. We'll see if I actually get it.
Baffling to me that a company that ships internationally, can't provide basic customs clearance information when the packages are shipped, or when a customer asks for them.
Don't waste your time or money.

Adidas and DFB
Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, darum auf englisch. You have always had had very good selection and reasonable prices.
Next year will be the last I buy DFB shirts and other material because after that Nike will replace Adidas. For me there is only one Brand and it is Adidas.
