I purchased a Dewalt ear protector/ radeo that I wore while mowing. It caught on a tree limb and was ripped off my head. A wire came disconnected. I tried to open the ear phone area to find the break and needless to say I did a real botch job. I called them and they told me to send it back for a new one. Holy mackrel, they gave me a new one even though it was all my fault!!!!!!!!!!

The WORST Order Experience
Order delivered to wrong address back in December, was needed to give as a Christmas present. Had one reply to confirm they were investigating and since I’ve had nothing back. Have chased for a response but I’m being ignored. They were able to upload tracking to my dispute with PayPal though? Odd company and disgusting service. Will never order again and I have contacted their CEO as well as having reported them to trading standards. I will get my refund.
