DO NOT BUY!!!!! Dreadful product!
Opened box from new. Unfolded bed and placed flat on floor. Followed all instructions to a T. Plugged in and switched on. The motor made the most horrendous noise. Switched off and tried again. Same awful noise and the bed did not inflate. Absolutely useless. Brand new and the motor is dead. Dreadful product. DO NOT BUY!!!! Utter waste of money.

Bought Double,that opened at joint with head board after 3 weeks, thought it was possibly our fault. So bought a king,that has lasted 4 weeks, terrible beds and inferior quality. Will never buy another.over £200 spent on 2 useless beds.

Self inflating bed
Self inflating bed, first use for guest no problem second use also no problem,third use it was deflated after a few hours, had to inflate through the night twice and was almost on the floor in the morning, not the experience you want to have for your guests!

Oh for a zero stars option....
If there was an option for zero stars then that's what I'd award.
If you expect to be able to get in touch then forget it. Their communication is non-existent, the only contact channel is via their website, messages sent via this route are just ignored.
Is this a phantom company? Is their website no more than a scam?
