My 2024 Tiger 900 Rally Pro had a quick shifter issue, but it was replaced under warranty in a week. The mechanic also updated the software, fixing my LED flashers—great service.

My wife and I just purchased two 2026 Tiger 900 GT Pros. A Fantastic experience from day one.
While on a road trip to Germany on my Ducati 848 and my wife's ZX6R, we decided we loved this whole touring thing. When we got back to Dorset, we started the search for touring bikes. We drove to Destination Triumph in Dorset and Will rolled out the red carpet and spent so much time not only showing us Triumph and KTM touring bikes both new and used but he guided us in the right direction touring wise. After test driving the Tiger 900 and a few other brands at other dealerships, we decided on the 900 GT Pro new for both of us. Will always treated us with respect. Most importantly, he treated my wife as a competent rider rather than a pillion. That meant a lot living in an area that generally treats women as second rate.
The entire process from beginning to end was superb and probably the best dealership experience I have ever had. Everyone there helped to make me feel like part of the family (that goes a long way when feeling a little queazy from spending so much money :) ).

Ordered a Triumph topbox and fixing plate over the phone. No confirmation of the order or parts given. When contacting the store I was sent a confirmation of the cost and not the parts ordered. I was sent the topbox only and had to contact them again to explain the fixing plate was missing. Over a week later I have now received the plate. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store due to the lack of communication and poor customer service.

Good price and arrived quickly. The tape on part of the box had split but everything was in there box.

Delivery issue not directly the dealers fault however the lack of effort to trace what had happened to my order was appalling it took for me to contact a different branch for someone to be actually bothered to contact the courier to resolve.

Not even a hello when you walk in, everyone too busy in their phones. Went in for a warranty investigation, ended up with an £80 bill to lube up a button I could have done that myself. Won't be taking it back there.
