I had a hydra facial last Friday with Amy Rainford in Manchester and my skin feels so clean. The process was 5 stages and Amy talked me through each one being very attentive throughout each stage. My skin was glowing after the treatment that I didn’t need to wear any foundation for my gin tasting evening that night! Would highly recommend the treatment and Amy to carry out the facial.

I went for kleresca treatment in the Manchester clinic and always had such a pleasant experience, came out feeling so relaxed every time. Really friendly and helpful staff (thanks Emily!) and I’m looking forward to trying out some of the other treatments.

Been today for my first hydrafacial......lovely, friendly staff and amazing results! My skin has come alive! Thank you Amy!

I've been a customer of skin destination for many years sticking with them through many ownership changes, but each time it just seems to go downhill. I've decided to not return. I booked in for a hydrafacial, and travelled up from surrey, unfortunately as i'm allergic to shellfish i couldn't proceed, i wish i had known,
so i asked about doing a microdermabrasion instead, for £69 treatment was so poor and light, where there any crystals? was there even any suction? I think I would have been better of just using my handheld brush.
for a central London salon, you really expect more, such a disappointment. the staff are nice but the treatments poor.

If I could give no stars then I would. I went to be a model on the 18th November where I was then contacted whilst I had already paid for my travel and was actually on my way there whether I was on medication .. which I was so therefore I could not go for the treatment (klaresca). I was then rebooked on the 8th as I made the choice of coming of my medication for a week (baring in mind these medication is for a lifetime illness that I was just recently diagnosed with), once I had got to the oxford street clinic I was told I wasn’t booked in, so once again I wasted money to go down there AND came of my medication for nothing, the lady who had booked me in was suspended the day before my treatment and it’s funny how I was on the booking system that day then the next day once I had arrived I was taken off.. I think the service was absolutely disgusting and I would advice no one to go there, the staff was not professional in anyway and because of all of this I have to now just settle for an apology just because their staff can’t do their job properly. Not once was I contacted about my appointment being cancelled and everytime I asked if I could come back the next day or have a voucher so I could come back another day OR even just for it to be put in writing that I can come back for another treatment whether it was the klaresca or something else but no I was refused everything. Disgusting service so I would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve recently had my fourth treatment ‘kleresca’ to help clear up my acne. I’ve always struggled with acne since I was a teenager and it’s made a negative impact on my life regarding my mental health. Throughout this treatment all the staff have been so lovely - especially Emily and Jen who have made me feel so comfortable and happy with the treatment so far, while being supportive about my skin getting better each time! They really help give you that confidence boost you need, the treatment seemed a bit daunting at first, however, Emily made me feel comfortable with my first ever treatment and I’ve been more than excited to see my skin clearing up each time I have my treatment. Lovely place with lovely people who are very knowledgeable and will always answer your questions.

I had microneedling last week that I was apprehensive about but Emily explained everything about it and managed to make me feel at ease. The treatment was everything that Emily said it would be and after a few days my skin felt more like normal and well worth it. People at work commented at how fresh my skin looked and plumper! I am so happy with the result and I’m told that my skin will continue to look better. Thanks to all the staff who are really friendly and thanks again to Emily who is extremely competent at what she does. Looking forward to my next treatment!

Laser hair removal has been something
I have been wanting to do for years. Even after the first session I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. I was also really grateful that despite having extremely sensitive skin, I had no major issues. Em at the Manchester branch has been amazing from the consultation throughout. Looking forward to my next one!

! often visit the Muswell Hill branch - lovely, friendly, helpful staff on reception who always go the extra mile to help. Dr Alexa is very skilled at administrating botox and fillers. She's very thorough, knowledgable, welcoming, and an expert at her craft. She also always works with you to achieve a result that you're really happy with. Finally, unlike other clinics, you never get the hard sell at Destination Skin or talked into treatments you don't need. Recommend highly!

So I have paid for 6 laser hair removal treatments and turned up at the Marylebone clinic on Saturday for my appointment to find it is being refurbished ! Disgraceful behaviour - I feel like I’ve paid all that money and there is no consideration for customers and there has been no attempt to contact me to inform me of what is going on!!! I called one of the other clinics and asked the manager to call me back and I’m still waiting ! I can’t afford to just lose that amount of money and am extremely upset that no one has bothered to contact me after I paid travel also to get to the appointment! Disgraceful!!!

Really bad customer service , spent almost 600£ had zero result, all the money for NOTHING. Really disappointed.

You don’t want to be spoken to in a rude way or laughed at when you request a refund because you no longer wish to be seen by anyone due to her attitude, go elsewhere!!!

Guildford Clinic
The staff at the Guildford clinic are both friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout my treatment period I was made to feel welcome and everything was explained clear and through.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the results after my three session dermaroller treatment, with pictures being shown to me before and after the treatment.

Prices for treatments arent particularly cheap however after a bit of research these are pretty consistent with other clinics in the area. I would use again.

my skin start to get clean

The treatments they gave me just made my skin worse, and they were recommending treatments that I didn't need. My skin is sensitive so they really shouldn't have recommended such a harsh programme involving skin peels and Obagi (which is allegedly a bleaching cream). I think they're a scam operation, just doing as many treatments before they get shut down.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Don’t make the same mistake I did by going here. Do your research and find the right clinic for you. Apart from their overpriced and useless products and treatments (trust me they will sell you the dream make you get this package with added treatments and products they make you believe you need that don’t even work. The worst thing about this clinic is their rude and unprofessional customer service. Katie is awful and unbelievably rude.

I went to this clinic for over 6 months my face looked exactly the same and I had already done about two treatments. Plus they have no clue what they are doing and give terrible advice. I was taking medication before I started my treatment and they said I had to stop taking it and wait a further few months before I could start treatments. Could of told me over the phone but no made me waste time and money coming all the way there to tell me this (they have done this on several occasions). I spoke to an ACTUAL doctor and they said the pills I was taking was not thinning out my skin and would not affect the treatment I would undergo. My doctor even laughed at me when I explained to her there reasoning. I think that says it all.

I have come the Manchester clinic for the facial treatment for my aging problem, and I found the result and all the products Amy recommendations worked good for me. I was very happy to be their customer and would definitely continue to visit and look for my treatments in future.
