Beautiful products

Beautiful products - I have 2 thermal boxes - however I cannot open them. The lock is too stiff annd the pressure release doesn’t make any difference. I assumed the first was damaged but to have the same problem with both of them is a fault. I bought one at Copenhagen airport so I can’t return it. I’m very disappointed especially as I gave them as gifts.

Product safety concern and customer service team disappeared

I purchased some kids tableware (plates, bowls, cups, etc.) from a retailer of Design Letters. After very few time use (< 10 times), I noticed them deteriorating with plastic pieces falling off. Very dangerous and can cause health issues in baby.

I reached out to customer service team immediately. The team agreed to send me a replacement. However they suddenly stopped replying to my emails after I shared my shipping address. I followed up with them 5 times and it’s been one month, I have not received anything.

I really liked the quick reply and also the fact that they did not questioned me much

Great customer service and great products

I already own several charms from Design Letters which I bought when on vacation in Copenhagen.
I ordered a flower charm as a birthday gift and accidentally ordered the golden one instead of the silver one. Upon writing my email to costumer service I had a kind reply within 24 hours. They were incredibly helpful und generous with the return shipment and voucher so I could order the correct charm.

The charms themselves are beautiful.

I can only recommend the brand for both the products and the costumer service.

I did not like the bracelet

I did not like the bracelet, different Color than on the page and really in a quality that does not justify around 60 euro price. I decided to send it back and have to pay for the return, which is fully legal but not customer friendly. Not a good experience

As spoken earlier, we are deeply sorry that you didn't like the color or the quality of the bracelet. We haven't experienced this claim before, and since we cannot see the difference in the colors on the webshop, then we cannot pay for the return. We do pay for returns if it is a mistake from our side, or in the production of the product, but in this case, it is not a mistake. And we are always caring for our customers, and trying to solve any issue, but we need to be able, to "see the mistake".

But we will always let the right emplyees know about comments on products.

I love Design Letters. Simple but authentic design that leaves no one indifferent. Kindness is the word to describe your team. They are always ready to solve your concerns. Great and contemporary articles, horrible return fees

Great and contemporary articles, effortless and stylish. Quite expensive, especially jewellery (gold-plated), but acceptable when using discount deals.

Horrible shipping costs of any return to Denmark from e.g. Germany (parcel is obligational at 17.99 €, no shipping in envelopes is accepted!) should be made aware of somehow. If a customer returns a small jewellery item, the shipping costs may cause the double amount of the item itself!

This may motivate customers to purchase the Design Letter articles somewhere else where returns are either free or levelled down to certain sizes.

I initially was a little disappointed…

I initially was a little disappointed with shipping times and when one item
arrived damaged. However the customer service was fantastic and they assisted in getting me taken care of!

perfect after sales and customer support

Bought 3 glasses. 2 of them have been faulty units and showed marks or after the first wash the print came of.
Sent an email with pictures to aftersales and they replied in less than 2 hours offering replacements. It was very fast and with the right offer. I accepted and got an voucher in less than 5 hours.
A lot of other companies could take note.
Quick and easy. I will order again that‘s for sure.
What would be nice if you get a tracking number for your order. That would make it a little more predictable when the order arrives.

Unfortunately there was neither…

Unfortunately there was neither Information/ email that order has been shipped nor has been any tracking number provided. Therefore I was not aware that the parcel would be delivered and was not at home. Had to arrange a pick up at a shop where GLS has deposited the parcel. Due to lockdown this was quite an effort. There is huge room for improvement...

Disappointed

Very good service, easily ordered but deceived by the way how they price it.
I thought I bought two times a couple of earrings but It was just one earring for each couple of earrings...
So very disappointed...
I had to buy it again, because I wanted a couple of earrings each. So it became very expensive... Above my budget that I had for my presents.
