B) You advertised a product, took my money and confirmed my order and then several days later you emailed to say you couldn't supply.
C) Now I'm waiting for my refund with no idea when it might happen!!!

Unfortunately, Zehnder's products and supply chain have gone through a lot of changes over the past 12 months, and on rare occasions products can be discontinued or become unavailable at short notice. As soon as we were made aware of the stock issue with your order, we contacted you immediately, explained the situation and offered alternative products or a full refund.
You requested a refund, and this was processed on the same day we received your request, four days ago, back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is then dependent on your bank or card provider.

Designer radiators was recommended to me by a family member for their customer service and products and I was so impressed with the communication from them the only thing that was a little annoying was DX as they said they didn’t have my mobile number therefore could not get in contact with me about the time the radiator would have been delivered, I never received any updates about the delivery through emails luckily there was somebody in when they arrived at 7.05am that is the only negative, apart from that the radiator is perfect and I would definitely buy from there again just a pity about DX ( the delivery guy was not a fault )

Whilst sorting out my mistake I spoke to customer services on phone. Call answered quickly and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I felt compelled to as such good service.
