Visitor from liverpool was out with family just looking and went into your lovely store. Spoke to Tina about a watch I has seen. The service was 1st class they took links out of the strap and made it fit perfect. Thanks to Tina and Dave for all your help. Will shop again.

Went to Design Centre today to purchase a necklace with my daughter for her 18th birthday. We were warmly welcomed and all the staff were very helpful and polite, particularly Datina who was amazing. Definitely recommend visiting this store for all your jewellery needs

My finance and I visited the jewelry quarter to purchase wedding rings. The Design Centre was the first shop we visited, we found what we liked the look of, and then looked in other stores. We were able to find something for us both in all the stores, however, something was just pulling us back to the Design Centre…

Despite one of the other stores being cheaper, for the same thing, it wasn’t about the cost; Sophie really made the difference and made us feel really comfortable with making such a huge decision. Thank you to all the guys there! Nice to meet you all, see you soon for the complimentary ring cleans.

We spent the afternoon browsing the Jewellery Quarter, looking for our wedding bands and an upgrade to our fiancé's engagement ring. We had struggled to find the rings we would like and walked into the design centre jewellers. Bina couldn't have been more helpful to us and guided us to find exactly what we were looking for. Super helpful and friendly. We are so pleased with our purchase. Thank you Bina

Excellent service; with no pressure to buy being encouraged to take time to think about it which was very unlike the other shops nearby. Bina took the time to explain diamond quality which guided us on our purchases. The team were very friendly- We would definitely go to this shop again.

We called into the Design Centre on Saturday (after a miserable wet day, on route back to the station) having looked everywhere for what we wanted.
We were met by Ella who gave us invaluable advice and just went above and beyond to explain the options and find us our piece of jewellry.
We cannot speak highly enough of the expert knowledge and quality of service that she was able to offer and all the staff were so friendly and engaging it really was a shopping experience to remember. Thank you once again Ella

Today was my second experience at the Design Centre and it's always a pleasure. The staff are extremely helpful and I throughly recommend.

22.07.2023 My partner and I visited design centre at the jewellery quarter. Ella was the person who served us, she was a great help from start to finish and made our experience very enjoyable, I was so stressed about getting an engagement ring as I didn’t know what I wanted, and Ella made me feel so at ease and she found the perfect ring which wasn’t even on the shop floor, and she is so talented she just knew that ring was for me, as we went through different styles of rings.

Have just visited The Design Centre with my daughter. This is always our shop of choice in the Jewellery Quarter. The staff are so helpful and not at all pushy. You get the same treatment if you are buying a pair of earrings or an expensive diamond ring. Thank you

My wife and I went to the Jewellery Quarter to purchase something for my wife to celebrate 50 years marriage. Design Centre was one of many places we visited.
We were served by Sophie.
Sophie identified what we were interested in and showed a selection of items taking care not to rush or pressure us. We purchased what we wanted and throughout felt valued as customers.
Will recommend anyone to visit Design Centre. Great customer service and great products.

Visited the Design Centre today and was served by Sophie - she was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We had such a brilliant experience with the Design Centre - we travelled to the Jewellery Quarter to find a ring, but had no clue what size I was or what I specifically wanted! Bina was lovely, helpful and not pushy at all which made it a fabulous experience. Also a big thank you to Dave for being friendly and attentive, even hailing our cab driver for us when it was pouring with rain!! Will definitely be back.

We came to purchase our wedding bands today. As soon as we entered the door we were met with smiles and a pleasant atmosphere. It was lovely to see that everyone clearly enjoyed their work. The whole experience was perfect and we got exactly what we wanted for a very good price. I went to the design centre to purchase an Eternity Ring for my special birthday. Tina who was the Sales Assistant was very helpful, pleasant and made sure that I had everything I needed. Little things like giving me a special ring box with an LED light in the box, which illuminated the ring, made the experience that much more special. Would definitely recommend.

Went to the Jewellery Quarter for a look around. Found Design Centre, and got attended to by Ella. What can I say, such a lovely and patient lady! I had no idea what I was looking for (not even my ring size), and soon found the style I was looking for. The store itself is so calming, staff are not pushy at all, and just in general fantastic. I will definitely return here, thank you Ella and co!

Ella was absolutely amazing and so patient with us as we tried on so many different rings! She found mine in the end after understanding what type of look I wanted to go for and I couldn't be happier with it, nor my husband his. The only thing I would say is that it took a while for my ring to be ready - as we got closer to the wedding date I had to call Design Centre for an update as I hadn't received one. That said, it was swiftly resolved and my ring was delivered in plenty of time.

Can't recommended enough. Dave and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Had my wedding ring cleaned by Ella and it was beautiful when I came to collect. Thank you for all being so helpful and friendly. Excellent service - thank you for making me a wife again 💍
