Great selection fast delivery

If you’re looking for posters that range from photography to illustrations, this is a great supplier. Their frames are a little bit expensive but they do have good prices on posters, especially if you look out for sales that range from 40 to 50% off on a fairly regular basis. You can even follow their newsletter so you don’t have to keep checking on their website .

Website suggestions

I recommend removing the reviews that pop up, blocking navigation of the page. I also recommend adding the ability to like/favourite items that are in the cart. I like the product and what I have ordered in the past was good quality.

Got my printings with the corners all…

Got my printings with the corners all bended and my gold frame defected (open corner). Had to try fixing it my self since they do not reply to their emails when I sent them a message mentioning the condition I received my printing. Doesn’t show as much but still defected considering the price we pay. Beautiful stuff but lack of service !!!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Desenio. I was double charged for my order, and despite reaching out, they processed and shipped a duplicate order without my consent. When I tried to cancel it, they told me it was too late. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning the items myself.

To make matters worse, they expected me to drop off the return instead of arranging a pick-up, even though it was their mistake. Communication was slow, and resolving the issue took far longer than it should have. I’m still waiting for my refund for the duplicate charge.

Overall, extremely poor service and a frustrating customer experience. I won’t be ordering from Desenio again and would not recommend them to others.
