Terrible Customer Service and No Accountability”
You don’t even deserve one star.
I cancelled my order on July 31 because the product was needed for my vacation and would not arrive on time. DERYAN confirmed my cancellation, so I reasonably expected the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded.
Instead, the order was still shipped and was eventually left outside my home in the rain while I was away on vacation. I have had to contact customer service repeatedly, explain the same situation over and over again, and spend far too much time trying to resolve a problem that was caused entirely by DERYAN.
Even after acknowledging that the cancellation had been made and confirmed, DERYAN still expects me to arrange the return myself before they will refund my money. That is not a solution to a problem they caused.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never order from DERYAN again and would not recommend this company to others.

Instruction manual is poor
The instruction manual is not sufficient to construct the bike. We had to search for videos of how to take off the chain and gears. And for a Dutch company the instructions in Dutch were poorly written.
We will have to wait for our child to grow a bit more to judge the functions of the bike, for now we're happy.

Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, packaging was good and the pieces were easy to put togheter. Only thing I am not sure about it's the safety pin, which according to the instruction book should be more then one as it reads 'safety pins' but I received only one. The trampoline looks sturdy and safe whatsoever.

Very uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable. My child sometimes sits crooked inside, and apparently you need a driving license just to be able to drive it. The brakes activate by themselves every 10 meters. If I could, I would return it and ask for a full refund. I’m very disappointed with this product.
