Misdiagnosed
I explained that I believed I had fungal acne, but not much was mentioned about this in this response and I was given the diagnosis of rosacea and was told it may be seborrheic dermatitis as well. I'm 100% certain it's not seborrheic dermatitis so I'm not sure how this conclusion was made as it doesn't look anything like that and I don't have any symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis.
I explained that I had been diagnosed with rosacea a couple times in the past but that I've been using treatment for rosacea for nearly 2 years now and that the only treatment that has caused really significant improvement was when I used a treatment that's designed for fungal acne, however this treatment was extremely drying so not ideal and caused me to break out in the long term.
I was told a few different things that could help, but half of the things were things I had already explained that I'd tried with no improvement. When I responded saying that I wasn't satisfied I was essentially told that I'm wrong for being dissatisfied and that they're right.
Well, I've tried another treatment for fungal acne now and my skin has finally been clear for over a week. So, thank god I didn't take medication for something else that I don't have! Just frustrated as this is one of the many dermatologists that has misdiagnosed me and told me in confidence that what I have is what they are telling me I have when it was in fact not.

Detailed and accurate report
I paid extra to receive the reply from the doctor in less than 48h, and that happened as expected, with a full report, with details and explanations. I was surprised in a good way. The result was accurate and correct.
Because I was trying to be in contact with my dermatologist (from Brazil) in parallel, and she confirmed the same, around a similar time, and her treatment was more simple, I decided to try that one first, and as it worked, I ended up not using the other one provided here. But I am sure that would be as effective.

It was a very quick response
It was a very quick response. For my skin problem. And has given me some other creams to use. I will need to probaly. Get in touch again soon. Once or if these creams work. I also think a biopsy would be good. But don’t know how to go about this. As I don’t know what else to do if this don’t work ( the creams ). But this is a very good service. And very quick to get back to me. Thank you.Regards tracy
