Love this stuff

Love this stuff. I reached out to them for advice and info regarding my treatment plan and they explained everything to me very well. I have been using my treatment for a month now and I've already seen great results. My skin is visibly more brighter and the texture has improved massively.

Amazing company

The customer service is amazing. They get right back in touch with you to solve any issues you’re having with your formula, delivery, or subscription issues. Best part is they take time to explain what each product does, and how best to use them. Definitely recommend

The BEST PERSONALIZED SKINCARE

I’ve had an incredible experience with Dermatica! Their personalized skincare products, guided by prescription-strength formulas from dermatologists, have worked wonders for my skin. They took a thoughtful approach, carefully adjusting the strength so it wasn’t too harsh, and over time, my skin really flourished. Rosacea improved in just 1 month!

I have had great improvements in my rosacea in just the first month of using dermatica personalised formula, when I had questions the dermatica customer service team answered me quick and in depth. Definitely recommend

The treatment worked well for the first…

The treatment worked well for the first week but my skin barrier was damaged and became red and irritated. I had to stop using it, since I couldn’t opt out of subscription I now have 2 tubes and another one on the way which wont be used. Too expensive, would not recommend.

Missing order

I recently had an issue with a missing item from my order, which initially concerned me as I’ve been using Dermatica for the past two years without any problems. This was the first time I experienced something like this.

However, I’m very pleased with how the situation was handled by the customer care team (especially by sara). She responded promptly, communicated clearly, and guided me through the process by requesting photos and investigating the issue efficiently. Overall, the support I received was helpful and professional, and it reassured me about continuing with Dermatica.

such quick results!!

Ive only been using my teeatment for about 3 week snow but I could feel results after a few days and see very shocking results after even just 2 weeks!
I was told to expect to wait at least 6-10 weeks to see a visible difference in my skin when using tretinoin, but honestly the difference after 2 weeks is so much that my friend even asked me what skin tint i was using the other day, and all i had on was my skincare.
I also now purchase dermatica's azelaic acid to use in the AM. No complaints there either.

I subscribed to Dermatica to ensure…

I subscribed to Dermatica to ensure continuous treatment, but the service has been unreliable and frustrating.

I was charged for my order with no dispatch email or tracking provided. After repeatedly contacting support, I was told the order had been dispatched — but also that tracking is not available for subscription orders.

I was then asked to wait up to 10 working days for delivery, despite the website stating 1–3 working days. This inconsistency makes it impossible to rely on the service and creates a real risk of being left without treatment.

Customer service responses were inconsistent and largely focused on repeating policy rather than resolving the issue. At no point was a clear, proactive solution offered.

A subscription service should guarantee reliability and continuity. This does not.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and will update this review depending on how it is handled.
