Derilla 

Have been using this pillow a few days but it's awful, is making the snoring worse aswell as contributing to neck pain. Am looking to send it back and get a refund but can't find anything to do with the company online! Don't fall for it, best go and ask for a referral to a ENT specialist or respiratory consultant for sleep apnea, the rest of the options are just gimmicks!

I order 4 and arrived after 6 weeks about. Then i try open 2 over 4 and is not comfortable at all. I mail them for refund .....long story short cost me about 50 $ . This is their policy : We back Derila Ergo with a 60-night trial period. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact our support team for a easy return and full refund. We believe in our product and want you to experience the difference risk-free.THSAT NOT TRUE AT ALL.

I ordered a pillow online but changed my mind within an hour after reading the bad reviews of the business practices of this company. It took me a prolonged exchange of emails before the company finally accepted my cancellation and made a refund. However, to my dismay the immediately charged my account again, claiming that I had re-ordered the pillow! So now I’m back at square 1.

I ordered 1 Derilla pillow on FB as a Christmas present for my granddaughter on November 30, 2025 and paid through PayPal. The following day, December 1, I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. I could not find any information about this company called Ausica UAB. Through PayPal I managed to get in touch with them and they refused to cancel the order saying that it is already processed and shipped. I received the package and it contains 2 pillows that are looking suspicious and tied with scotch tape.
I have not opened them yet. I am afraid to open them.
I forgot to mention that I paid $151 for the 2 pillows.
I just want people to be aware and super cautious when they purchase anything on FB since there are many scams out there.

After the review I wrote.. I was v pleased to get such a prompt& positive response from this Company.. They apologised for the problems that occurred & have fully refunded me.. Thank you "Trust Pilot" & thank you " Derilla"..

On their advertising pages, Derilla tells a compelling story under the headline, "People are amazed how this 85-year-old man 'never gets tired.' He reveals his secret." They include a picture of a Japanese man lying down with a brick under his head, and the phrase, "His grandpa used to sleep on what warriors used to do 1,500 years ago," implying that they've made a discovery in pursuit of a great secret. Then they move on to the marketing phase. The product they produce bears no resemblance to the discovery they claim in terms of shape, size, and material. A discerning person can tell that the whole thing is a hoax based on human psychology. Despite this, since I was already in the market for a silicone pillow, I gave it a try, and now my cat is sleeping on it. Don't buy it! This product is a piece of very poor engineering. It's just an ordinary silicone pillow that only a person of a certain size can handle comfortably.

Crooks fooling you with deceiving offers! They state 50% off on their website and when you pay they charge full price of 140 euro for a pillow which you need to return and lay shipment cost for. And they say you are lucky for not paying restocking fee…what kind of e-commerce does such things today? Shameful experience, stay AWAY

Derila is not a reliable company. I don't know if the pillows are really good or not, this is difficult to appreciate. But they offer different prices which can be up to 3 times more or less. I have personally bought two pillows the first time with "a big offer" and paid around 135€ for two of them (around 67€ each). After that I received offers constantly and one was if I buy some pillowcases "very special different for summer and winter etc," I could get a pillow for around 33€. Ooh I thought this is strange, because the "real price" indicated was over 90€, so everytime they show different VERY different prices. Regarding the pillow cases = DON'T BUY them, they are exactly the same just a different colour and exactly the same that comes with the pillow itself. So I felt really cheated !!!

I ordered the Derilla Ego pillow and received on October 6, 2025. Their return policy says you can return within 60 days, it never mentions you have to call within 30 days and the pillow can not the used. If there's a guarantee for 60 day and you can return it, how would you know if it works if you don't use it. I called November 12, 2025 and the representative said I couldn't get a refund because I didn't call within 30 days and I had used the pillow. I have read the return policy and I never saw anything about 30 days or that pillow could be used. It's a scam and fraud company. I would have given them a 0. Beware!!!

When the goods were sent from China, which is a non-EU country, I was required to pay customs duties on the goods in order to receive them.
Derila claims that they are their standard terms of sale, which I have not been able to find.

100 % scam. A total money grab

I ordered two pillows and two knee pillows (3347NTD & 1366NTD) as the product reviews appeared good as well as a quick search - they promise to ship within 5 days (at which time I asked about it and it would be sent to the relevant departments) - after 6-7 days I googled again with "scam" and found problems. So on day 8 (6 business days) - I saw it had still not left their warehouse and informed them that I think it's a scam and want a full refund. They then offered me totally unrelated downloadable stuff (recipe book??? and ??) that I did not accept either in word nor in downloading - I didn't even click on the link. Today (day 10) I am informed that they are overjoyed that I accepted the bogus "gifts" (yes they called it gifts not alternative items I can buy and again - they're unwanted and unwelcome) and are refunding me 669.40NTD and 273.20NTD. This is clearly straight up theft as the products never even left their premises. There is no reason to not refund me.

I ordered ONE and they billed me for TWO, but refunded one when I complained. It took nearly a month to receive.....unacceptable....and it is still not here (but being shipped)....hm... There are two different styles of pillows listed as Derilo. Beware and get the one YOU selected. All in all, a very poorly run company and possibly a scam. BE CAREFUL....

I bought this pillow (Derila) based on positive reviews and recommendations. It arrived about two weeks ago and still hasn’t fully inflated. I contacted the company and am now returning the pillow, but I’m extremely disappointed that I have to pay the return shipping myself—even though the product is clearly defective.

Why should I be responsible for return freight on an item that doesn’t work as advertised? That’s not how a reputable company should treat its customers.

Disgustingly poor quality.
Contacted returns site & customer service, told to send them back to ORTHOPULSE in France. They do not cover the cost which includes custom charges.
I have been trying for a refund for 4wks from Derila support. Sent them all the copies of purchase invoice & order number. They are now saying that my order does
not exist! They happily took a payment!
The phone helpline is difficult as the operator does not understand English.
Be aware, the company has no ethics.

They incessantly email me several times each day. The pillows are garbage. BUT it is the pestering that is non-stop. And I have told them to knock it off but they won't. Buy nothing from the site.

Never got my order they took my money and the status is still saying it’s in packaging, this was over a month ago

My wife ordered one of their pillows this morning. Whe the confirmation email arrivedg, it had an additional four items added, totalling £95.86 of goods we do not want.
We have asked for the order to be changed and the money to be refunded but get a lot of tosh about 'reaching out' to us and offering a reduction.
So far, they are refusing to help.
The payment was done through Klarna and set to be made in three payments. Again, this was not requested. It is a huge rip off and I suggest you be very careful with these people. AVOID
