I ordered a product based on what was clearly advertised on the official website at the time of purchase. When the item arrived, it was completely different in design, size, and quality from what was shown.

After placing the order, the product presentation on the website was changed and no longer matches what was originally advertised, making it impossible to verify the original offer.

Additional purchases and subscriptions for extra items were included without my clear intention or consent. I later noticed that other customers report similar issues.

The return conditions are unrealistic, especially for international shipping, and place all responsibility on the customer despite clear misrepresentation.

I paid using PayPal expecting buyer protection, but in reality this payment method did not provide real protection in this case. Customers should not rely on PayPal as a guarantee when dealing with this seller.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious.

This company is a scam. Don't buy anything from them. Based in Lithuania.

Pillow is of poor quality and comfort. Attempted to return but found out if I opened the pkg. the pillow came in, I may be only able to receive a partial refund or possibly nothing at all. After hearing all the complaints about returning this item, I will probably let my credit card company take it up with them.

I would give it zero stars if I could! Somehow. I purchased one Derillo pillow and got two! I tried to get in touch with the Company and no response! No luck at all! So here I am stuck with two pillows! One of which I never even ordered and they charged me for the second pillow as well!! What a scam this Derillo Company is!!! I want my money back and will keep fighting for it!!!

Went to just look at prices, I went aheF and clicked my PayPal to see total. I did not confirm, I backed out and the took payment anyway. Contacted them right and said I was sol. Then got a phone call the next day wanting to sell my more. Have to wait for them to ship, me to receive them, than ask for a refund.

This has been the worst experience ever. They actually wrote to me on nov 27th asking how i liked my pillow. The pillow was sitting in California on nov. 3rd and i live in az and still have not received my pillow. I write and call them every day. They just say be patient. Such a scam! Wish i had looked on here first about derila pillows

Not only was the product ineffective the customer service is awful. The advertising is dishonest. Whilst they offer a trial they refused refund as I had opened the package!! They should be black listed and removed from internet.

I ordered my pillows on the 27th of September 2025 and have not received them despite constantly asking for updates and the option of a refund. I have now given up and just want a refund. Very poor company with shady tactics and a useless tracking system

STAY AWAY!! They are a complete scam!! If you purchase anything and you’re not happy with it DO NOT EXPECT A REFIND ( unless it’s faulty obvs etc et then you’d be lucky possibly )but READ THEIR RETURN TERMS AND CONDTIONS!!
I purchased their pillow - how do I know if the pillow is going to suit me?? Obviously I have to TRY IT!! I stupidly thought this was part of their 60 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE but NO, it has to be unused in its original undamaged wrapping!!

I am AMAZED how there are companies that we see regularly advertising to let you try a MATTRESS before you BUY it but this company won’t let you try a pillow!

I ordered one pillow but was charged for two (apparently this is a very common thing to occur).

I later ordered 2 pillow slips for said pillow. Pillow slips sent weren’t for the pillows that I received. The zips broke before they were even on the pillow so clearly were very poor quality

Liasing with this company is terrible they expect u to mail products back at your own expense and they insult u further by offering a $9 refund on pillow slips that cost more than $45 with postage. They then offer you a downloadable cook book! Hello I want pillow slips that fit not a damn cook book

I highly discourage anyone from buying anything of this company as their customer service is terrible and they take no responsibility for their products - in one word - RUN!

What a joke of a company ordered the "pillow" and then I read the reviews on here which I should have done first, I immediately cancelled my order well before the had time to process order, I was totally ignored and they proceeded with the order, I opened a dispute in PayPal which also totally ignored until they could send a tracking number for my order the day before PayPal had agreed to refund my payment, in the end I lost my dispute on PayPal and received my "pillow" which cost me 70 euro in my mind 7 euro would have been more fair of a price as this product is not fit for purpose, it's way to small and the Quality is substandard to say the least all it is a piece of foam with a cheap cover on it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have had no dealings with this company, but I am constantly bombarded with marketing emails that I didn't ask for and don't want. These emails are from different email addresses and sent to different people but are directed to my address. You can't reply to them and there is no 'Unsubscribe' function.
I have sent many emails to 'support@derila' and always receive the same reply apologising and stating that it will take a few days to unsubscribe. Then I receive more emails.
They are in contravention of GPDR laws and I have reported them to the ICO.
Blacklist them and ignore.

The pillow case zip breaks within a few days making the product unusable. No after sale service. Big scam. Avoid

When the pillow arrived, You are advised to let it settle once opened for 6 hours for it to expand to the correct size.
it was smaller than the marketing pictures leads you to believe and the quality was not as good as expected for the cost. Without using it I rolled it straight back up and packed in the original packaging.
I requested to return under the money back guarantee and have been told that as I had opened the packaging I couldn’t return it, despite their guarantee.
I have sent numerous e-mails to the company requesting to speak to a supervisor to challenge their marketing / advertising without success, however I will continue to pursue. So, word of warning to any prospective purchaser, don’t be fooled by their satisfaction guarantee!!

The company behind Derila Ergo, Ecomit LLC, cannot possibly be legit. I ordered, received confirmation of the order. Was promised delivery within 2 weeks. During that time I received at least one email per day trying to sell me something else, and asking me to rate my product-THAT I HAD NOT YET RECEIVED.
Several email inquires later, they acquiesced to issuing a refund. To date, I have received a PARTIAL refund, as they charged each item separately to my PayPal. I will be contacting PayPal as well, to flag this vendor!

Awful sales lead to a cart you cant see what you are buying when you need to follow with a payment. So i looked up on Trustpilot and see its all a scam anyway. The website is filled with FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS that arent verified. Why bother to put down a decent proffession of chiropractors when the good ones are helping people and do sell pillows far better and cheaper than these. If you dont like your chirorpractor go and find a good one, or osteopath or physiotherapist, theyre all doing the same role, different techniques find what works for you and do let others know about this useless company! POOR MARKETING TACTICS DONT BUY

This company is quite dreadful.
I ordered 1 pillow & 1 set of white pillow cases. When my order arrived it contained 2 pillows & 3 lots of pillow cases.
It took a lot of perseverance but I managed to speak to someone. A waste of time. I was told that I had to return it at my expense. She just ignored everything I said but told me that she had sent me a return label. She had not. I spent more time emailing & ringing & got a gentleman this time. He was very aggressive & told me that I should have made sure my order was correct after I had made my original order!He then gave me a long & complicated code to download a return label. Of course it didn't work. I am left with a pillow & 2 sets of pillowcases that I didn't order.
The sting in the tail is that you can get this style of pillow online at a fraction of the cost. Even worse, it doesn't help any of my problems.
In spite of a very effective sales pitch this product is a scam.
