"I am writing to formally confirm the cancellation of my order #[DOPLNTE ČÍSLO]. I requested the cancellation immediately after receiving the order confirmation, yet I have received no response from your support. Please be advised that I will NOT be accepting or paying for the Cash on Delivery (COD) package. Any attempt to deliver this order will be refused. Please stop the shipment immediately and confirm the cancellation of this order."

Their website states a 60 day trial period because they want customers to 'experience the difference risk-free.' But when I requested a refund, they now point out that a refund can only be given if the item is unused and in it's original packaging. How one is supposed to get a 60 day trial period without opening the item is beyond me. This is misleading and dishonest. I've only given one star because there is no choice to leave none.
UPDATE
Following the posting of this review, I received an email directing me to Trustpilot to answer a request for more information from me. Having email support again with said information, they advise that this is a standard response and they already have all my order details and that I will not receive a refund. MORE deceit and dishonesty from this company.

After reading other comments I see there is no satisfaction with the after sales service provisions and difficulty in obtaining refunds. This confirmed my decision to present a review. Woohoo! Firstly, I wish to acknowledge ..... it is my error in not checking Product Review or Choice beforehand. Lesson learned. I WANTED THIS PRODUCT TO WORK. Well my review ... what a CON. This is the most disgraceful product I have ever purchased. SCAM.

Purchased 3 pillows, pillow cases and cooling covers. The 'pillow' is rubbish. Vacuumed sealed (thought clever & plus for the environment) . I have opened 2 of the 3 pillow. My plain flour pancakes with no raising agent rise more than this piece of .... !

I have tried everything to get the pillow to raise. After 36 hrs, in desperation I spritzed some Tadalafil over the flat pack pillow to get a raise.

No rise. Just made it harder.

My flat pack does not perform the way it is supposed to. Instructions are hopeless. I also checked out Youtube videos for instructions. Influencer videos are well .... I believe misleading. Shame. Why did my pillows not perform the same way? Do they suffer performance anxiety?

Any difference in quality of sleep? YES! Negative. I have had no sleep. I have been emotionally disturbed by the lack of performance of the product. I suffer extreme anxiety now looking at any pillow. Will it perform? Will it follow the lead of this piece of ..... and stay limp? Do I have enough Tadalfil to spritz my current pillow so it does not lose shape? Oh well..... more sessions with my Therapist.

I can't wait to receive an AI message response to .... up to me. Same email as everyone else. Useless. Watch this space.

Seriously do not waste your money.

No refunds will be offered. I paid via PayPal - Ausica, PO Box in Wetherill Park, NSW. Same place as investigated by Choice.

Tried including a link to Choice website Australia in this review. Not allowed. Google Choice Australia and search for Derila Pillow. Same with Product Review Australia. Do read the website responses.

Malwarebytes advises their website as malicious ware.

UAB Orbio World / UAB Ausica is the parent company group. Do not buy their products as similar reviews exist for the other items ... eg Synoshi hand scrubber, Huusk knives, Nuubu detox pads, Tvidler ear wax removal, Klaudena cushions
