I putchased 2 of the Ergo pillows. I even had a salesman each out to me the day after I ordered and let me know that the Ergo pillows could not go into the washing machine and suggested that I purchase the cover, which i did. Wanted to protect my $75 pillows. Fast forward day of delivery I received the regular pillows, which i dont want, and the Ergo covers which I can not use because they sent the WRONG pillows.
Have sent multiple emails to support and they keep getting bounced back because the email is invalid. Finally decided to respond to a sales email , which i am getting 4-5 a DAY, as they finally responded to ask questions and when I replied it -boused back invalid email -FROM AN EMAIL I WAS RESPONDING TO. I have since disputed the charge with my bank.

I'm almost 80 years old …
I'm almost 80 years old and I have been sleeping on crappy pillows all my life. When I first got my Derila pillow my neck ached really bad. My neck ache improved everyday and is at a 9 now. Very little pain, and I love it! It's the most comfy pillow I've ever had. It's of high quality & durability.

My whole family is sleeping on Derilla Ergo pillows
I love my new Derilla Ergo pillows. Upgrading from other ergonomic pillows which proved disappointing, I had immediate improvement of neck pain from the first night and know it will be sustained by continuing to sleep on these pillows. It’s almost as if the pillow is custom made to my shape and sleeping position (side-sleeper).

The Pillow Solves Poor Sleep Habits

I love how my $70 order quickly became almost $200. Click click click…….. Bam! $200!! 😂 I just hope this pillow works as good as your marketing company says it does. I just thought why not give it a try. I have all types of pilllows including 2 different styles that I paid a lot for from the Sleep Number Company when I bought my sleep number bed which I love even though I have been sleeping on the couch the last year because of a bad knee and an opposite sleep schedule from my husband. It’s just better if I don’t disturb him and he doesn’t disturb me going to the bathroom 4-5 times a night. I told him he has just developed a bad habit of going so often. You can train your bladder to wait. I know because I had to do it too. Now I am excited to get these pillows and see if they work like you say. Time will tell.
