Multiple times confirmed over the phone and WhatsApp chat that a single implant would cost £1080. But after paying £124 for a screening and visiting clinic they asked for £2,000. Complete dishonesty and misleading with customers.

No, I’ve been trying again to stay free and I’ve been trying since 3 November to get my money back so it’s been two months. They are holding my money and now they’re still not getting back to me to let me know when they’re putting the money from my account. I do not understand why they are stealing my money and they’re not giving it back to me in my money and it should be back in my account. I understand they had two weeks of Christmas but now it’s the eighth of January and they should have the money in my account.
