I went to dentakay Clinic in Istanbul. The process was easy and smooth.
The implant was done with high professioncy, and with no pain. Even I was provided with the proper medicements after the operation was done.
I am glad that I choose this clinic, and I will be back soon for any further treatments.

​"I recently completed my treatment at Dentakay for 6 E-max veneers on my upper teeth. I am very happy with the physical result and my new smile; the dentist did a great job on the veneers, and they gave me a 5-year guarantee.
​However, the experience was let down by logistics and billing. After my treatment, I was left waiting 2 hours for my VIP transfer just to get back to my hotel.
​Furthermore, the pricing for additional services was very disappointing. I was quoted €350 for whitening only the lower 6 teeth. When it came time to pay, my bank receipt showed I was charged 17,947 TRY. At the current exchange rate, this is approximately €470, which means I was overcharged by €120. Charging nearly €500 for whitening just 6 teeth is much higher than the standard Istanbul market price, and it didn't match the price I was promised.
​Great clinical work, but the management needs to be more transparent with pricing and more reliable with their transport....xx

First at all would like to say a massive THANKS for all DENTAKAY staff, for how they was treated my visit. I came where I can't smile and walked out with new amaizing smile. Now about my doctor Dr. Dursun Irem Kocatürk how amaizing doctor she is. She did a profesional work with my smile, she is not just lovely doctor but all so person. I can't to THANK her what she did with my smile. A massive THANK YOU for all DENTAKAY staff!
All so I like to mention the best consultan in my entire life Katie Ahmed! Her communication more when 10 out 10 she is amaizing person, she definitely knows her job she sort everything within a minutes doesn't mater it's early morning, late afternoon or even weekend.
All so I like to mention DENTAKAY planing team it's 10 out 10 they highly organised.
All so like some people say they ask for a good review 😡 it's not true. Yes they asked me did I'm happy with treatment and services they provided it's normal. And it's up to me how many stars I will give on my review and what I write!

I put a deposit yet had the work done here in America and now they play games about refunding my money.

Very well looked after from start to finish

After already leaving a review about the horrific experience we had at DentalCare, I gave them the opportunity, via email, to address my concerns and rectify the situation. Despite this, I have been completely ignored.

My mother is an elderly woman with existing health issues. Since returning from DentalCare, she has been left in significant pain. Her mouth is severely swollen, she is unable to eat, and she is clearly suffering. The lack of aftercare, support, or even basic communication from DentalCare is not only unacceptable but deeply concerning.

To ignore an elderly patient who is in visible distress and pain following dental treatment is, in my view, negligent and shows a complete disregard for patient welfare. If DentalCare believe this level of care and subsequent silence is acceptable, then this matter will have to be escalated further.

I am now left with no option but to pursue this through formal complaints procedures and seek external advice, as my mother’s health and wellbeing cannot be ignored.

Professional and clean.
A good experience overall.
I have 5 crowns and 19 veneers and i am very happy about the result.
They know what they are doing and how it’s done.

From the minute I turned up Antalya to the minute I was dropped back to the airport , the service was exceptional. Mehmet my dentist is a genius , the work care and attention was world class. I cant do anything but praise Dentakay, I went really nervous , but the whole package from the chauffer, hotel , food , and professional work the whole team have done has definitely exceeded my expectations.

This was an excellent experience from my first contact with their customer service team, to when I landed back in the UK. I highly recommend Dentakay - their customer service, organisation, technology and dentists are all second to none. The whole experience was stress free which, given I was traveling alone and having a few days of treatments, i did not expect. My new smile exceed my expectations. Amazing - Dentakay you are fantastic!

I just came back from Dentakay Istanbul. From start to finish everything exceeded my expectations! They were in continuous contact with me throughout my whole experience, answered every question I had to ask. I was greeted at the airport from the driver which took us to the hotel in a luxurious Mercedes Benz. Dentakay staff were really polite and friendly. The dentist that worked on me was highly skilled and ensured that I was never uncomfortable or in pain. They provided me with antibiotics, pain killers and mouthwash. In 4 days they changed my life completely and gave me a new smile I never dreamed I could have! Without any doubt I recommend them to everyone. Dentakay keep doing what you do, you all are amazing!

November 2025 was my first visit to Dentakay Istanbul . I am very happy that I chose Dentakay. I was treated like a star. Everything was perfect, from the flight to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. All the staff were at the highest levels from the doctors to the nurses. I have not finished the treatment yet, I need a second visit but I am very confident that everything will go well. Thank you Dentakay.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely incredible from picking us up at the airport promptly, kind and caring drivers.Hotel absolutely perfect ,quick and easy transfers to clinic. Once at the clinic I was immediately put at ease ,as I was very nervous. Each part of my treatment was thoroughly explained with price and care options. The clinic itself is spotless ,the team are very professional and make you feel very safe and welcome the whole time you are with them. During my treatment I was given enough pain medication to not feel anything. I'm not saying there wasn't any pain but can honestly say it was minimal. The Dr Metin did my filing ,he was so good and careful and reassured me throughout the treatment. I had a lady Dr that did my root canals , I forget her name but she was brilliant too. Then I had my surgeon Dr Armed (Albert), who I can't recommend enough ,he was so kind and gentle . I had a lot of work done 6 implants and a sinus lift all in one go ,which I was petrified about.But he made the procedure relatively painless and pleasant. I really can't thank the whole team enough for taking care of me . I can't wait to return in July to complete my new smile. X
