I enjoyed myself in Dentakay Clinic. Everything from beginning till the end was perfectly organized and performed. The team was very helpful with my 20 Emax crowns, and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

A special thanks to Dr. Neslihan. She is an amazing doctor who is very skilled, caring, and professional. She helped me feel comfortable during all the procedures.

And one more important thing I would like to mention is that there was absolutely no pain during the treatment 0% pain. Trustpilot only allows a 5 star rating, but honestly, this clinic deserves a 10 star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited in 2023 for implants with crowns. It was a different company back then, and a few things went wrong. I made my last visit in 2024; afterwards, one crown broke off and another cracked. During this time, the company was taken over by Dentakay! I was able to return for repairs this September. I am incredibly happy with the repair work! All the staff were very friendly, and the dentist who treated me was truly caring and lovely! I am absolutely delighted with the final result. Honestly, I have never had such beautiful crowns! Keep up the great work!

Highly recommend Dentakay if you are thinking of having your teeth done. Everyone I have spoken to from booking my appointment to arriving in Turkey have been amazing, and they explained everything to me. Harry who was my first contact was very helpful, kept me calm until it was time to travel and I want to say a massive thank you to him. The planning team have been fantastic and was in constant contact with me just before I travelled with information on transfers from the airport to the hotel and then with appointment times and when I was being picked up at the hotel to take me to the clinic. Then in clinic everyone I dealt with was so helpful and supportive with my treatment they couldn’t do enough for you.

I am over the moon with my new smile and that’s all because of everyone at Dentakay 😄😄😄

I recently travelled to Turkey for my dental implant treatment, and overall I had a good experience.

From the moment I arrived, the team were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and I felt well looked after throughout my treatment. The staff were professional and always wialling to help, which made what can be quite a stressful experience much easier.

The only concern I had was that there was some difference between the treatment I originally understood was included and what was eventually required. This meant there were some additional charges that I had not expected. I completely understand that treatment can change once the dentist assesses you properly, but I do feel that the possibility of additional treatment and costs could have been explained more clearly at the beginning.

Overall, though, I am happy with my experience and appreciate the care and attention I received from the team. I hope my feedback is helpful to both the clinic and future patients.

Had a single implant on an upper molar. Very happy with the result, service and overall experience of the 2 visits.

The team is knowledgeable and the process is smooth. Don't expect holistic treatment from a single specialist/doctor. The process is streamlined in such a way that any specialist can pick up where the other left off.

The only issue I had was with a request to get the date booked in for my second and final appointment. It took me more than 2 weeks to get someone to assist. It was a bit frustrating because I needed to get it in my calendar at least 2 months before so that I could get the leave and flights booked in. Something that could perhaps be improved on.

Otherwise, I can recommend for a smaller treatment like mine. I can't speak for something involving multiple teeth with more conplexity

Might be a long review but worth a read. I was cautious when I initially booked with Dentakay seaside in Antalya (Dentakay have two practices in Antalya I think). I had done my research of a few dental practices in Turkey and even attended a couple of consultations of other companies who had visited my home town but they did not feel right for me. I ended up taking my daughter with me who works as a dental treatment coordinator in Scotland to keep me right. I've read on trust pilot that some people were unhappy prices changed once at the clinic but remember the estimate is based on your mobile phone pictures you took at home. Things may change after scans and x-rays. It's exactly the same if you get an estimate from an electrician or mechanic over the phone at home. Things could change after seeing the job at hand so you should prepare for this possibility. The clinic at the seaside is fantastic. Spotlisly clean and professional. My treatment plan did change and my daughter asked to see the scans and x-rays to see if there were any unnecessary add ons. She agreed with the new treatment plan and told me that is what she would suggest had I visited her place of work. My mind at ease I started my treatment. I had a fair bit of work done. Some extractions at the back and implant posts fitted for my return trip in January and lots of crowns fitted on my initial trip. Many thanks to Dr Aykut Gunduz and his team who were all great. Yes there was a fair bit of drilling and things move fast but I can honestly say it was all pain free. Dr Aykut even took the time to speak to us for 20 minutes during his break in the staffroom during his busy schedule which meant allot knowing how busy his day was. Accommodation at Falcon hotel was good with great views and lots of other dental patients to talk with. All transport to and from airport and to Dentakay was on form. I can't wait to go back in Jan to have my treatment finished. I LOVE MY NEW SMILE 😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From start to finish Dentakay was helpful and amazing I went for 5 days 2/3 hours per day for treatment so I could enjoy the rest of the time relaxing at the hotel (falcon) witch is amazing hotel would definitely recommend Dentakay to family and friends.

I travelled to Antalya in March and August 2026 having a full set of teeth fitted. The service was first class and the final result better than I ever imagined. The staff are kind and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend Dentakay to anyone. Thank you Dentakay for an amazing experience.

From start to finish I could not have ask for better care and attention. The advisor on the phone were wonderful and helped in anything I ask. If they didn’t know they made a point of finding out my question and got back to me very quickly to give me an answer and explain it very well. The transport was 1st class and each and every driver was so respectful and helpful. The clinic was absolutely outstanding from the reception staff , the x ray staff, the photographer, the surgeon, the dental doctor and all the staff at both clinics they were brilliant. The clinic was spotless and so modern. Our son had his teeth done and when I seen his it gave me the confidence in them to go to Dentakay to get them done and I am so pleased. Thank you all at both clinics in Antalya.

I would like to share my honest experience with Dentakay.

Before my mother travelled alone, I made it very clear to Simo several times that she needed a Spanish-speaking translator. He repeatedly assured me that this would be arranged. On the first day, however, nobody seemed to know anything about it. After more than 3 hours of waiting, my mother was transferred to another clinic, around 45 minutes from her hotel.

Another major issue was the price. Before travelling, I sent X-rays and photos and specifically asked Simo how reliable the quotation was and whether the price could increase significantly. He told me the quote was very accurate and that this was why they had requested the X-rays. In the end, we paid around €3,000 more than the original agreed price. At that point, with my mother already in Turkey and the treatment started, there was obviously not much choice.

The organization was also very poor. She often had to travel 45 minutes each way and sometimes wait more than an hour after treatment for the transfer back to the hotel. I eventually asked them to move her to a closer hotel, which they did.

Because I was unhappy with the communication with Simo, I asked for another contact person. Mary then took over, but communication was also very difficult. I could reply immediately to her messages and then wait one or two days for an answer. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether.

The final treatment day was another organizational disaster. I contacted the planning team about the pickup time and received no answer. At 6:00 in the morning, they contacted me saying they would take my mother to the airport the following day, even though she still had one treatment day remaining. The doctor and translator had told us the treatment would be completed that morning so she could take her evening flight, which I had already booked based on this information.

My mother eventually waited almost 2 hours to be picked up and then spent around 3.5 hours at the clinic waiting for treatment. On the following morning, her airport transfer was scheduled for 06:30, but no driver arrived. After contacting the planning team, I was told 40 minutes later that they could not reach the driver and that she should take a taxi. I was told the Care Center would reimburse it. I am still waiting for that reimbursement.

To be fair, the medical care itself was good. I can recommend Dr. Ahmet Özdemir and the translators, especially Ali, who took very good care of my mother.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dentakay based on this experience. The communication, planning, transportation and coordination between the different teams were extremely disappointing, and the €3,000 additional cost was also a major issue.

Great service from the consultant to the translators and finally the doctors, attention to detail and tailored dental plan for my needs. Would highly recommend this clinic.

It has been a wonderful experience having my dental treatment done at the Dentakay Nish Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. The entire team - from reception and the photographers to doctor Yürük and her assistants - is incredibly friendly and professional. I was a bit unsure on what to expect from dentist abroad however after red couple reviews from Dentakay and compared with other similar dentist in Turkey I decided to go with Dentakay as they had more positive reviews and more followers, I am pleased I did. The team is very knowledgeable and professional since the begging the communication is very consistent and reassuring, they answer all my questions, and sorry I had loads 😅 as I was going on my own but then invited my cousin to go with me and have her treatments done there as well. From the start EVIN was so great helping me with the process explaining everything in detail from taking the pictures and giving the first quotes. Obviously when we got there and they can see in full what’s your teeth situation the quotes can be different and it’s up to you what kind of treatment you want to go with I had a budget fixed in my head but had to spend a little bit more and I didn’t regret it. As I said all the team doctors and nurses are always making sure if you’re in agreement and happy with procedures of your treatment. I was very well looked after from airport transfers to the hotel and to the clinic, the hotel provided had all meals included, absolutely loved and came back with a beautiful smile I feel so much more confident now. I’m always smiling so my gaps had to be fixed. Thank you entire team Of Dentakay I could be more happy.

I paid £10,000 for my finishing teeth to look worse than my actual teeth! I’ve asked them to fix it and they refused, the staff are all absolutely rude! Please avoid this place

Don’t ruin your life

I had a great experience at Dentakay Dental Clinic. I was initially worried about experiencing pain, but the entire process was painless and much easier than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic was clean and modern, and the whole process was well organized.

The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed at every step.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Dentakay and especially happy with my new smile. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone looking for professional dental care and excellent service.

The care given was outstanding only concern I had was the initial estimate and requirement to pay before any services was rendered but it all worked out to be good

Great communication & attention to detail. Slight issue with accuracy of information given before visit at initial consultation stage but I have explained this to clinic staff.
