Great service
Had my teath done 4 weeks ago now. The hole process. Was so easy from getting pick up from my hotel to getting dropped back each day. Looking forward to going back to get my two implants done in the next 8 weeks.
I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having there teath done

Really happy - Dentakay are very professional and complete experts!! Focusing on a natural smile. It is not a ‘fluffy’ service. It is very matter of fact. Some people like that, some people dont. The doctors see you as a patient rather than a person, which I didn’t mind one bit as with my anxiety at an all time high, being chatty and smiley is not what I needed. Transfers to and from hotel - smile completed in 4 days. Mouth feels healthy and smile looks great and natural. Would highly recommend.

Visited dentakay in February after numerous of messages and calls about crowns id be getting, my first visit in feb seemed to good to be true , was giving my quote and was reassured that was the final price to only find out when I got there that there's another 1500 on top , ok I payed it for my crowns my final day having my final fittings of my crowns they looked great but my upper and lower front teeth I felt a lot of pressure on them so had to contact them , took ages for them to get back to me , and they suggested I come back which they did provide hotel ( so they should ) so came back for a 2nd time last week to have it all sorted and I stressed to them so much that I dont have anymore money to spend as they have already taken nearly 8k from me , so 2nd visit I was guaranteed that my problem would be solved , 😢 well guess what it wasn't had to pay more money for a minor surgery that hasn't done anything at all i literally told them straight away it feels the same and there staff we're very rude to me and my wife I couldn't believe the things they was saying I have it all on voice record and they have admitted its there fault why im still in discomfort and still after 6months not being able to eat properly 😢 basically said id have to have implants on the front but obviously at my cost for some strange reason 🤷‍♂️ they dont care about the patience all they care about is the numbers through the door and the money , iv messaged customer care team that dont care they are just ignoring me but I will be going further with this because iv paid for a service and not received it , I see it all the week i was there the amount of complaints they had that 1 day was an eye opener. I'd avoid this place like the plague once they have your money they are not interested, they will always charge you different from the next person . Honestly people dont go there if I could turn back the clock I would of never have gone there and I could carry on with my life , il come back here in a month and update you all on whats happening with mine but please stay clear 🙏

More to add as dentakay made me take off my review because they said it was going to be fine I'll be sorted , but im still in the same situation today despite all the messages they do not care about you at all i have video evidence of the messages I have received from them and now all of a sudden they are ignoring me and ignoring the fact this needs sorting. I will be more then happy to answer any questions and show you the messages and voice notes of how unprofessional and disgusting these are please stay well clear they are massive scam. My life is literally been put on hold for the last 6 months and its still going .

The ONLY part of this experience that was 5 stars was the end result and the work of the actual dentist. (And this review only stands if I am still happy in the future, I'm sure things could still go wrong during recovery or in the future, but hopefully not)

The medical support on the phone - wow, so pushy and ended up actually being extremely dishonest. Firstly do not trust the price your given, it is irrelevant until you have your first day at the clinic and an actual plan is made. EVERYONE I talked to had their price increase because they needed more work carried out. The accomodation, many people are out in the Falcon Hotels sister hotel across the road, a far inferior hotel. Ensure you get the actual Falcon Hotel with swimming pool and restaurant. Golden Suite is not a good hotel. But even worse, I didn't get a hotel at all. Totally lied to about staying one night in the Golden Suite and then moving to The Falcon. Had to book my own Hotel because there was no truth to this. The Falcon had no availability at all. So when they send you a video of The Falcon - make damn sure that's where you're staying.

The transport. I had two late pickups and ended up getting a taxi myself. And I mean 30-45 minutes late. Afraid of missing my appointment.

I need not have worried though because out of all my appointments, 1 was on time. Get used to the lobby reception, I sat in it a total of 5 hours waiting for late appointment.

As for your appointment times, they aren't given to you until late at night or the morning of via WhatsApp. Leaving it impossible to plan your down time.

Having said all of this, if my end result lasts and recovery goes well...I would be happy to go through it all again because in fairness, they look incredible and the standard of work by the dentists is amazing.

Let's hope the after support and care makes up for the initial experience. Hard to trust a company when so many times their word has not been true. So if there are any problems and I hope there are none, I would imagine it might be difficult to get a good person on the other end of the phone.

Klaus, my 'medical advisor' on the phone should be sacked. A blatant liar and I have all the recordings and screenshots to prove that.

Dentakay never tried to locate my information, they do have my information and they answer to the number only if you're a new patient, i don’t appreciate the lies from the comment. Be careful if you’re an existing patient asking for aftercare. They are not professional at all, and their representative keeps telling me that they are waiting on their management. Lies lies… they contacted me but no responsive at all to take care of the issue. I confirmed my ticket and I will go there to face the reality in person to speak with Gullay the owner since I think she doesn’t know this is going on.

I have never left a negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.

While I was initially “somehow” satisfied with the treatment, my experience with Dentakay’s aftercare and warranty support has been extremely disappointing. Over the past several weeks, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the clinic through different communication channels regarding ongoing pain, signs of infection, and the need for follow-up under the warranty that was promised to me. Unfortunately, my messages have largely gone unanswered, and I have not received the level of support I was led to expect.

For a clinic that promotes its aftercare and long-term warranty, I expected much better communication and patient support—especially only less than three years after my treatment.

I will be traveling back to Turkey in the coming weeks and intend to visit Dentakay in person to discuss these concerns directly with the management team, including Gülay Akay. My hope is that the clinic will address the issues professionally and honor the commitments that were made regarding follow-up care and warranty coverage.

I genuinely hope this situation is resolved, and if Dentakay provides the support and service they promised, I will gladly update this review to reflect that experience.

At this time, however, I can only rate my experience 1 star (if I can give bellow 1 star I will) based on the aftercare service I have received, which has been very disappointing. I remain open to resolving this matter and will update this review accordingly.

I brought multiple patients to this clinic and at this point I do not recommend until it’s fixed.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Tugba at Dentakay and I must say, she is the queen of crown! Dr. Tugba went above and beyond to ensure that I received excellent care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and am thrilled with the results of my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Tugba and Dentakay to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients. Thank you so much for everything!
The team from the office manager Obada, to the translator team Nihal, to Busra to Ossama were excellent and did an awesome job. I hope to come back and see all of you in Turkey soon. Thank you.

Excellent service and exceptional dentistry, my dentist and assistant were very nice and supportive, I have always been fearful of dentist but I was made to feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Overall I couldn’t fault this company personally, I did see what a lot of reviews say that prices can rise quite high once there but that comes down to the lack of the customers prep, get up to date x rays ect use the Dentakay London base as a steppingstone or even your own dentist to confirm your needs medically and it would help rid the nasty price hikes apart from that I think they surpassed all my expectations, maybe some tweaks here and there like separate areas for patients pre and post op as walking in with anxiety and waiting hours looking at someone in pain whilst you await 1st appointment can enhance your already anxious mind , I acted as much as I could at the hotel to calm others and hope it helped lessen anxiety so maybe making that a potential rep roll would be a great help to the point even I would put myself forward for , someone who has been there and done it all is very comforting to others in a sympathetic way (call me ) who knows 🤣 I’d say as is 8 out of 10 but would 100% recommend Dentakay as very professional and go out of there way to make you a priority whilst going through your journey , put your effort into getting your own X-rays /needs and avoid disappointment due to it would be my advice after all no one can fully see through taking pictures alone over what’s app , keep up the good work Dentakay and adapt to customer needs and you will corner the market

Everything from start to finish was amazing. What a fantastic service they provide especially the hotel it's stunning 😍. All the staff at dentakay was fantastic aswell. The dentist is literally a magician 🎩 can't wait to go back for 2nd part of treatments get them finally fitted

After many years I decided to get my teeth fixed, from the outset Dentakay was perfect, professional with that personal touch. Transfer from the airport to my hotel was on time, the personal transport from the hotel to the clinic second to none all drivers very polite and understanding.
All the staff at clinic was polite, kind and talked you through your procedure and made sure you understood each step as it happened. The Dr's was extremely professional, kind and courteous at all times ensuring you were comfortable during the procedures.
The clinic was spotlessly clean with comfortable surroundings thought out. The hotel accommodation provided was good with a wide range of all inclusive food and beverages, rooms were very clean and staff extremely polite. Lovely swimming pool and sea views.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely life changing nearly 3 years on and I couldn’t be happier

I’m writing this update almost three years after getting my implants at Dentakay antalya back in December 2023. One moment made me decide to finally sort my teeth out and I am so glad I chose them.
I had 10 screw implants about 6 veneers a bridge above and two below they look so real they even let me blend a white between the most white natural and the lowest holly wood white :) plus all inclusive hotels my first two visits and a decent business hotel my third visit plus transfers ice packs ect very pleased overall now and wanted to say. I spent most of my savings on this treatment but I have zero regrets. My gums had receded a lot due to lack of care in my earlier years due to mental health and chaos so the initial denture was made thinner then unfortunately cracked after fitting. I paid for my flights back but Dentakay covered my hotel and all related costs then fitted a titanium bar and it has been brilliant ever since. I’ve only needed very minor fix like recementing one screw hole and it is 100% worth it. They even paid for me to get x-rays in hardly street twice after. And put my mind at ease when I had a minor infection due to the trauma my gums underwent as it was such a big job. After care has been great.

These teeth are incredibly strong. I bite straight through apples and eat all kinds of hard food with no worries at all. I’ve had no pain I just take extra care with my gums as I eat lots of acidic vegan foods which is nothing to do with their work. I get so many compliments on my smile now.

Would've been tons over £37000 for the same treatment in the UK but paid just £13500 here for premium German implants that can easily be adjusted later. All in Al was about 15k but was a massive job, You really do get what you pay for as cheaper options simply won’t last like this.

A huge special mention goes to Samer who deserves to be customer service manager without a doubt. He was an absolute star and bent over backwards for me even after my treatment finished. Rokia was lovely too. All the staff were wonderful and the dentists surgeons and nurses were all so friendly and kind.inliked the drivers and all the staff who were respectful and freindly even under extreme pressure sue to high demand even working late into the night

They fully stand by their warranty and make you feel like part of the family. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if I needed to. I’ve sent around 10 people to Dentakay already. I could get paid for referrals but I’m a man of principle I just want people to know how great they are.

The hotels were really nice and having not travelled much before I completely fell in love with the Turkish people and their culture. It was a real eye opener and a truly life changing experience. Thank you so much Dentakay! Finally I done it 😊💟☮️☯️🙏🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🔥

I loved the level of professionalism. All equipment is top-notch. I would have loved a bit more explanation of the aftercare of the dental crowns but over all I had a nice experience.

Great communication throughout my treatment. The accommodation was excellent. I felt very comfortable.
My appointments were always on time and I was dealt with respectfully. I would recommend Dentakay.

My Experience with This Dental Clinic

I chose this clinic because they promoted their expertise, offered a long-term warranty, and assured me they would stand behind their work. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

Approximately three years after receiving my zygomatic implants, my upper bridge became loose and I started experiencing pain on the upper right side. I contacted the clinic while my warranty was still valid, expecting them to investigate the problem and take responsibility.

Instead of arranging a proper assessment or acknowledging that this could be a treatment-related issue, I received generic explanations suggesting that the problem was caused by chewing, biting force, teeth grinding, or hard food—without any clinical examination or evidence to support those conclusions.

Communication has also been disappointing. Responses have often been delayed, and I felt that my concerns and the pain I am experiencing were not taken seriously. Their final response simply invited me to return to the clinic for treatment, without addressing the significant costs of international flights and accommodation, despite the treatment being under warranty.

I understand that complications can happen with any dental treatment. What matters is how a clinic responds when a patient genuinely needs help. In my case, I feel the clinic has failed to provide the level of aftercare and support that was promised.

I hope the clinic will reconsider its position, investigate my case properly, and honour its warranty responsibilities in a fair and professional manner.

They made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout the process, and I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism they provided. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
