BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They stole 7.5 euros from me. I had an account and suddenly one of the 3 registered numbers was not working. They said that my country blocked it. When I sent them a message I said I want a refund because my main phone number is not working. They never replied to my message and closed my account and stole about 7.5 euros from me. I used the voipalot.com It is the same company. Callingredit is the same. They have enough companies. They tried to take money from my debit card and I blocked them. They are big crooks. THEY ARE SCAMMERS DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY TO THE MAFIA.

Stay away! Scammers! They owed me my EUR 33,68 balance at the YourDialer App. I want my Money back!

i am truly impressed by the services and professionalism of Dellmont. i jave been using their VOIP services x over 20 years, smooth, flow less and very cheap. lately my account was hacked and fraudulent money used from my account: i was really lost since Dellmont was only behind the VOIP account used : well i reported the case on their excellent web site and, magic, the case resolved in few hours with money paid back and account restored and sanitized.

I've been using Dellmont consumer VoIP services for over 10 years now and most of the time it works great. And even support, though only accessible by ticket system, usually answers within one business day.

But of course a VoIP service with a monthly fee and higher call rates will give a better experience. But that's what you pay for. You cannot expect 100% uptime and quality for € 0.02 /min.

Had a charge of 10.70€ on my card. Don't know who this company is a BIG SCAM. Beware!!

Scam site for people who steal credit cards. If you see a charge from them it is fraudulent.

They tried to charge $106.00 on my account. I don’t even know who they are. Good thing my bank denied the charges and notified me about it:

Withdrawling money from my credit card every Quarter, without informing me, I never signed any service contract with them, I never contacted them either.
Even they don't have website, where you can find their customercare number. this website is Big Scammer, and should be blocked, wondering how European Union is allowing such sites.

Blocked account - stolen my money

i am using mobilevoip for calling international deposit my money. but they block my account daily! i send them many mails. they dont reply! they stole maybe more than 300 euros with different accounts. cause they make me need to make everytime a new account but on my blocked accounts i have still charge for call. i dont now what the reason is but watch out!!!

I have been used Mobile VOIP for more than 10 years and I'm satesfy with the service.

They don't take money from my account because I didn't save my credit card on the voip system and I didn't accept that they gonna refill it automaticly if my credit is finished or expired.

Yesterday, on 31.01.2022, someone accessed my hotVOIP account and made credit recharges of two time 102.40 euro (2×102.40=204.80 Euro).
I was completely unaware, and I suspect it was a fraud activity by someone else. Consequently, he/she changed my login details, such as password, email address. During the whole fraud activities, I did not get any notification in my mobile and email that was being used in my account. For that reason, I cannot log in currently in my own account. This is completely unaccepted as the changes (change of the personal data, such as password and email address) were made without informing in the registered email address/mobile number associated to that account.

I have been using Voipzoom (run by Dellmont) to call internationally for about 10 years. I find them as reliable and trustworthy. I haven't experienced any problem with them except for some glitches in the app usage but that was rectified quickly. They have an automatic top up facility and it stays as default. The user need to disable it to avoid Dellmont taking money without telling you. Otherwise when the balance goes down to a 1 euro the automatic top up will become active.

I am shocked to see a sum of almost 10pounds taken without my permission from my account. I did even recognise the name. In the process of finding out which company has taken money from my account, I kicked on one of the link and another 10pounds was taken. This is stealing. I did not give permission,sign or agree that Dellmont.com Nederland to take money from my account. This is really sad 😥

My account has been disabled without knowing it, and I have been unable to contact by email. They stole my money

My card has been debited INR 904 on 26th of May 2020 without any reason by dellmont . Kindly get in touch with me regarding this. This is unacceptable, you can’t just misuse someone’s card like your own. I can’t tell you how frustrating this is. Waiting for u to get back to me regarding the same.

I had noticed my card has ben used by DELLMONT company without my permission every mounts about 14 EUR.
after all find out that I had account by VoipStunt to make call but they charged me in both from VoipStunt and DELLMONT.
