I cancelled the subscription on my app…

I cancelled the subscription on my app then still the charged my with even more amount than that. without any warning. i have emailed the support team lets see what happens. this is so ridiculous, I am a student.

I found an unexpected charge on my…

I found an unexpected charge on my account, taken without any warning or chance to opt out. When I asked for a refund, support refused and tried to offer time instead. After I questioned their behavior, they stopped responding. They later claimed I had used their service often but still haven't shown any proof, no matter how many times I ask. I learnt about cëntury 100 via a family acquaintance, and it turned out to be beneficial. They made steady payments without any problems.

Awful

Awful, fraudulent app. They make money by betting you can’t figure out how to cancel, and even after you have cancelled (and been assured your account has been cancelled) that you can’t even figure out HOW they are charging you. Apple Pay? No. PayPal? No. Stripe? Can’t find out how that would have been set up… Google pay? No. Oh, but check Google wallet (which is different than Google pay) Ope! No sign of it there, either!!! These MF are the WORST! I have NEVER been this frustrated in my life. If someone like my mom had accidentally “signed up”??? THERE IS NO WAY she would be able to navigate their system to cancel. Oh - and THEN - the 49.95 for the QUARTER - that I didn’t agree to - became 49.95/MONTH - after receiving an email assuring me my account was cancelled. THIS IS THE SHADIEST service I have EVER SEEN.
SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

Cannot Really Cancel Account!

Cannot cancel account. Canceled in app and cancelled in Stripe, but neither actually stopped their billing! This is outright fraud, if you make the mistake of signing-up you cannot actually gety out of their $49 charges in the future!

Misleading subscription model

I found a random £100 payment had been taken from my account. Checking into it, I see it's Deepstash charging me without having given any notice of the upcoming charge, and giving me the choice whether to continue or not. Quick email to support who said they couldn't give a refund but here's 2 years free. No. I want a refund.
Companies like this give a bad name to the online companies who are fair with their customers. Terrible behaviour and poor business model.

Scam

I downloaded the app and forgot about the renewal as life is busy. Emailed immediately about a refund, was given a b*llsh*t excuse about cancellation terms and offered 24 months free at the end of the term. Never recieved any information about a subscription renewal coming.

Misleading Subscription and Unauthorised Charge

I had a really disappointing experience with Deepstash. I had no idea I’d even entered into a subscription — nothing showed up in my Apple subscriptions, and I only found out when I was unexpectedly charged $50. What’s worse is that the payment was taken from a card I had cancelled weeks earlier due to fraud, yet Deepstash still managed to capture the payment. I questioned this in my email, but got no response.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed I had used the app "quite frequently", yet they still haven’t provided any evidence, despite me requesting it multiple times. I had actually deleted the app long before the payment was taken because I found it difficult to navigate and not very useful. I even had to Google what the app was when the charge came through.
They eventually offered me a $25 partial refund, which I did receive, but I’m still waiting for the report of my supposed usage.
Overall, the app is confusing, not very helpful, and the subscription system feels unclear and misleading. Based on my experience, I would avoid this app.

App is fine but not that effective

App is fine but not that effective. Big issue is customer service, been trying to contact the app support for over a week and every email has been completely ignored. Subscription payment is managed outwith Apple so it does not show up in settings (likely by design) so it feels quite underhanded and sneaky

AVOID - basically an elaborate way of stealing money

AVOID! Unfortunately another company geared towards getting recurring revenue by burying the auto renewal in the sign up documentation, which is basically theft.

The customer service team are condescending and unhelpful. They will happy bury your conversations in ambiguity and say we can't do anything,

Buried in there is a somewhat useful, but overpriced app - avoid anything this company builds.

This app is highly disappointing and…

This app is highly disappointing and unfair in its practices. It does not send reminders before charging your account, and it refuses to provide any proportional refund for unused services. Such behavior is not only greedy but also undermines the trust and fairness that should exist in online business.

Be very careful before subscribing — once they take your money, you won’t get it back, even if you haven’t used the service. This kind of approach feels exploitative and gives a very negative impression of the company behind the app.

I strongly recommend looking for more transparent and trustworthy alternatives.

Free trial doesn’t exist

My husband was interested in the app and decided to do the 30 day free trial. He signed up and didn’t even do anything on the app and 2 days later we were charged $67. I messaged them and they said we were signed up for the ‘pro subscription’ and I told them we did not. We signed up a for free trial He cancelled it for me but when I asked about a refund he offered 3 more months. You already have my money so adding more time doesn’t help me. I then asked agin for a refund and it took them over a day to answer. He told me that there would be no refund. Beware of this app it is a scam. I have disputed this with my bank and I will be writing reviews wherever I can.
