Don't waste your time or money here, it's a scam. I bought an air conditioning unit worth £240 and never received any updates from them. I waited almost 20 days, but never received anything. The tracking information they send you is false, just to keep you in the loop until they take the money. Today I found out that the air conditioning unit I ordered from their website is shown as 'not found'.

So here I am with another update
So here I am with another update. No response to my request for the cancellation and over one week later after disputing the purchase with my bank they have apparently shipped my order. After checking the shipping reference (not clicking the link) it appears they are using express shipping for small items from China. I bet they are shipping something that is not what I have ordered. This is a next level of scam. I honestly think they will try to tell my bank that they have delivered what I ordered and ask them to close the case even though it’s not what I paid for. They can have it back as I will not accept the delivery. Since they are using loopholes in the system they are not getting blocked as they are fulfilling orders and sending items even though these are completely different from the original orders. What a headache.
If needed I will contact Financial Ombudsman Service. I’m not going to give up.

We ordered an air cooler from their site. It cost us 300 dollars. When it came in, it was clearly a scam purchase. The cooler was tiny, and only measured about half an arm, it was made completely of super light and cheap plastic, the cooling did not work well, i put it on my desk, and I couldn't feel the cool air, it was advertised as a portable cooler that does not need to be connected, however it only worked when I had it plugged into the wall. I contacted the company to get it returned, as it clearly states on their site that we can return the item within 30 days. However they kept responding with the exact same response over and over again offering 10% of a refund only. This was a 300$ purchase, that is the price of a proper air conditioning machine. What we received was no where near what we paid for.
Update Response to Reply: As mentioned in my review, I already was going back and forth on the email you sent, and I've been having no help. It's been the exact same response copy and pasted. I don't believe there's even a person behind the emails, it feels like a bot.

Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling Dehumidifier
They charge AC prices for tiny, useless air cooler. Their 'fast delivery' is not fast. You can't get through to them, none replies to emails.
They scam you into buying the delivery protection with a cleverly placed button and no back button or removal tool.
All in all, awful.
Awful product, awful price, do not buy.

Then had no further communication and the item was shipped days later.
