They're going to try to extract every last cent from you. We paid around 50000 deposit up front, they ended up taking around 70000 - for a four bedroom.

STAY AWAY FROM DEAS!!!!!

If I could give 0 starts, I would. This is a second time I have to deal with this company. First time without knowing that I will have so many problems. I have moved in into apartment that had some hooks in the bathroom and also lamelgardiner in all rooms. I have been taking care of the apartment as if it was my own, but then found out in the frafltytning that none of this should have been here and now I had to pay for taking them down and fixing all holes. Not to mention I was treated so bad by the man, who just kicked his tool box and said to me: you can just take them down yourself. Who in the right mind treats a customer like this and also saying these things were not there. Idiotic company that contracts incompetent people to to do fraflytning. Why don't you do indflytning with people the same way and check everything against the indflytning report.
Now I have rented apartment through administrea and after a year Deas took over. Just my luck. Now I have told again incompetent person I delt with in my fraflytning that I have marked these cabinets as ruined in the indflytning, but AGAIN who cares about customer, haven't heard from them in close to 2 month now after leaving apartment.
Worst company ever.

One of the worst housing agencies I've…

One of the worst housing agencies I've seen in my life.
Key points for new tenants:
-They will try to keep all your deposit money or at least make a run for it (they will try to fix everything in the apartment even reinstalling the marble surface of the kitchen).
- customer service unacceptable. They wouldn't respond to calls or email regarding the lease of the apartment to provide information when leaving the apartment.
- lastly, although they would act drastically to take your money, whatever is left of your deposit they wouldn't mind to return it even 3 months later, regardless saying they would do it 3 weeks after you left the apartment.

Overall: 1/5 . Even 0.5/5 of that would be possible

I wanted the house only starting by March and Deas team spoke to the owner and got me the lease. I really appreciate their effort.

The apartment administrated by DEAS - our biggest mistake

We moved into an apartment administrated by DEAS and that was our mistake. Since then, we haven't finalized moving in inspection paper. We were calling them to ask if they can do something about it, but nobody picks up phones! In addition, we got an apartment with a broken window which couldn't close and they said that somebody will come and fix it. Guess what, 1,5 months later after our 1213098 calls, somebody came and just closed it and promised to be back and repair it - we still cannot use this window, because we cannot reach them out and if we do, they say they are waiting for delivery of parts. It has been 3 months since our move in..

I don't even know where to start

I don't even know where to start. Answering a very simple question over the email is taking weeks. Information you will be getting from different people are contradictory. We are fighting more than 2 months now to get things fixed in our apartment, and we are simply being ignored. They did not once stick to the deadlines established by themselves. Our "contact person" is worth nothing, as it is not picking up phone, nor answering sms. It is one of the least professional company I have EVER encountered in ANY context. Avoid them if possible to save yourselves stress and nerves.

good service

The information regarding the accommodation offer as well as how to proceed was complete and clear.
The service is very fast in response and helpful in case of any questions.
The time for seeing apartments is a bit inconvenient.

very bad service from administration team 6

Deas service is very different from an administration team to another. I was very happy at the previous adress, but now, at the new one, its the opposite. Administration team 6 couldnt care less about their tasks or about your needs. I signed the contract with them and payed the deposit in octomber, and moved in november. They did not have the name tags for door phone or postcase . They did not have the keys for the laundry room either, but promissed to deliver them in a couple of days. Now its almost the end of the month and we still did not get them. I called 6 times and wrote twice in Deas app regarding the keys. Last wednesday the person that answered said that the keys are on the way, so I took a free day from work. Nobody appeared. I called again on friday and the person who answered me asked what its about, then invited me to call later cause they have lunch. Furthermore, the caretaker phone number which is listed by the entrance door, can not be reached. At 102000kr deposit and over 15000kr per month, i expected higher standards. We fear what can happen if a water pipe brokes and you have to wait for them for a month. Wont choose them next time when we move, thats for sure !

Dishonest. Stay away from them!

First of all they're disorganized. Give you instructions, then blame you for following them. Info is not forwarded. You have to ask your questions 3 times before getting some kind of answer.
Second they're dishonest. They lied to us 3 times and would not acknowledge the "mistakes" (that's when it's turning to lies). They gave us wrong info on very important matters. We figured it was wrong (we did their job y investigating our own questions through it her means). They wouldn't acknowledge the wrong info.
Third, they harass you and pressure you. You get automatic emails every second day (even though they're not able to reply to your questions within less than 3 days and after you wrote several times). They threatened me trying to get me to sign a contract that was not agreed upon and pay (the same day) 67000kr. Not to mention all the time and energy wasted, and the stress generated. They thought that because I was pregnant, I would accept anything to get a flat... What a nice way to treat a human being...
Fourth, the managers are useless. You get their names, phone and emails but they ignore you (funny thing is that they would write on their LinkedIn profile that their focus is "client service and quality"...).
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Edit after reply: I do not want to have anything to do with you ever again. I already complained and nothing happened. The bottom of the case has been reached twice and just a flat apology came out of it. So you can deny all you want, but there seems to be no management policy to treat people correctly in your company.

Always check the 'fraflytningssyn'…

Always check the 'fraflytningssyn' fully before you sign!
I feel DEAS is a deceptive rental company and their caretakers are birds of the same feather. I moved out of one of their apartments recently and they have made several charges to my deposit. Before moving out of the apartment, it was fully painted and in an even better condition (in some parts) than it was when I moved in. The apartment just needed cleaning and the floor done but the caretaker had ticked for several unnecessary items to be done or replaced. The caretaker did not mention this to me at the time, he just said everything looks good - you pay for the floor and cleaning so just sign the report. Later, I noticed that the report included other 'ticks' for things to be done at my expense. I chased this up with DEAS and they said they'd get back to me....now I got a statement with multiple charges for things that did not need to be done. The 'invoice' that came with the statement was not clear and simply states 'as agreed' with no further description of what was done. Until now I still do not know what one of the charges in excess of 3.800kr was for. Something was apparently replaced in the bathroom but no one seems to know what. What a joke!
Lessons - never trust DEAS or their caretakers and always read the removal inspection form in full before you sign it.

I requested keys for my apartment via…

I requested keys for my apartment via the DEAS app on Sunday, 1 September 2019. I phoned on Tuesday, 3ed September, to find out why I have not heard from DEAS yet. A kind gentleman found the request that I logged via the app but informed me that nothing has been done about it and that I will have to pay 250 DKK per key. (Note that I did not receive any acknowledgment of my request.) He then said he would follow up on the request. Today, 5th September, I phoned a third time, only to be told that the keys will only be available on Monday, 9th September, due to the new caretaker being trained. I am sorry, but this type of excuse is not acceptable. Especially if you have to pay so much to have simple, programmed keys replaced. DEAS did say they will try to escalate the matter to have the keys ready by tomorrow. If that happens, I will be happy to change the rating.
