They're going to try to extract every last cent from you. We paid around 50000 deposit up front, they ended up taking around 70000 - for a four bedroom.

We are renting an apartment in Jane Addams Vej.
The air ventilation system is broken since months. The air in the house is terrible as the apartment was built to have this system working. We have sent emails, made calls and complaints several times on whatever possible channel. They simply do not care
and they not do anything to solve the issue, even though they said they are aware of the issue.
I never wrote a review on Trust Pilot and but I've never experienced such a worse treatment than this as a customer in my all life.

I am renting an apartment Rådhusdammen 7 15.04.2023 I paid a deposit of 56,000 and I live for 4 months and I pay 13,500 a month and I have a problem with my registration and one more thing I ordered a key because it was broken by e-mail because I received such an instruction by phone so far they have not ordered it is a mockery I am also looking for a new apartment because they don't care

I think in 2023 we can automate many things including stop sending last month rent to customers if they give you notice I guess.

I attended the open house for the apartment which went great - Alberthe was super friendly and competent and could answer any question that me/the other interested parties had.
One day later I received the confirmation that I got the apartment, and only a few days after that the contract documents. Very happy so far!

Thank you, DEAS, for helping in arranging apartment showings. It matters a lot when potential tenants are able to see the neighborhood, actual living space, check everything inside, ask questions right here-right now. Not the least important is support in making a decision after the showing, getting some extra answers if still in doubt. Your agents are responsive, clear, and very helpful. I can highlight Alberthe Gleje, she guided me along the way and it gave me a feeling of strong backup in case of need.

The company (deas / home) don't want to pay back the money I have paid for depositum and prepaid rent.
I have never used their property and have not moved in, haven't received keys, because I cancelled the contract.
Have cancelled contract after 2 weeks.
It's take more than 3 months now, still didn't get the money back.
They have rent apartment to new tenants.
I had to make a case in Politi.

Stay away if you hope to get any of your money returned at end of tenancy. Do not rent an apartment managed by this company. We left our apartment 6months ago and they still have our entire deposit and pre paid rent. We are owed in excess of 70,000 DKK and they simply refuse to call us back or communicate with us. There is no valid reason why they are keeping our money. Extremely unprofessional.

Avoid living in any housing from this company. We have been living in our apartment for 1.5 years now and our experience have been nothing but constant issues that are never fixed. The elevator breaks down on a monthly basis, doors stop working, anything that breaks takes forever to fix, or is not fixed at all... Now, for the past 4 days the ventilation has been running on the highest setting, creating a vacuum and drawing in cold air from outside. It's freezing, loud, and every time we call them they claim it will be fixed soon, but nothing seems to be being done. Every communication from the company is contradictory, and they are constantly putting the blame on various other companies. What is the truth, who knows. But the way they are handling these issues, and the lack of communication, is atrocious. I will never live in another DEAS building for sure.

The company's website findbolig.nu has room for improvement (to say the least) but the customer support experience is top notch. Give them a call and find out for yourself.
