Be aware of the 'Free Frial'
This company operates with a complete lack of transparency and appears to change its rules whenever it suits them. I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free trial, only to be hit with a £575 annual charge with no warning, no reminder, and no communication whatsoever. No email, no heads-up, nothing — just straight to taking the money.
That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse.
They are now offering the exact same service for free, yet refuse to refund customers who were charged. So essentially, early users are penalised while new users get it handed to them for nothing. That tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their customers.
Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, taking zero accountability for what is clearly a misleading and unfair process.
This isn’t just poor service it feels like a company that prioritises taking money over doing right by its customers.

As someone completely new to deal sourcing and property investing, I was honestly a bit overwhelmed at the start — there’s so much information out there and it’s hard to know what’s actually a “good” deal. That’s where Dealsourcr really helped me.
What I like most is how simple everything is laid out. The deals come with key numbers already broken down, so instead of guessing or trying to build spreadsheets from scratch, I can actually start to understand what I’m looking at. It’s been a great learning tool as much as a sourcing platform.
Another big plus for me is the time saved. Before this, I didn’t even know where to look for deals, let alone how to compare them properly. Now I can log in, scroll through opportunities, and quickly get a feel for what works and what doesn’t. It’s made the whole process feel much less intimidating.
I also appreciate that it doesn’t feel overly complicated. The platform is easy to use, and you don’t need to be an expert to get value from it. As a beginner, that’s a huge deal.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to include a bit more beginner-focused guidance or explanations alongside the deals, just to help new users build confidence even faster.

Wrongfully charged £500 and support won't help.
I'm a Samuel leeds Academy member and im supposed to receive 1 year free subscription. I signed up for a free trial with a different email address to my samuel leeds email and so when the trial ended i was charged over £500 pounds. Ive teied emailing Dealsourcr support to get this rectified and prove I'm a Samuel leeds academy member and get the email chamged if necessary but I just keep getting an AI auto response and nothing is being done to fix this.

The only software or app you need to find great deals
I have subscribed for the 1 year free trial yesterday.
This software has all the information you need to source good deals (HMO, BRRRs, Flips, Rent to SA, Buy to SA, Cash Buys ect). It basically analyses the market for you, which itself, saves a lot of time. Not to mention the refurb, stamp duty and new build calculators. It is very user friendly too!
As a single mother with 2 boys, full time worker in NHS and a church officer, my time is limited and this software helps me finds deals in just few minutes.
Lastly, 12 months free trial is just a bonus!
Highly recommend!!

It is all a hoax
It is all a hoax. They say they will charge you monthly and then over the weekend take out the full £849 from your account. I will never use their service I am in dealings with the company now for breach, as they took the money out of my account in the middle of all the unrest while we were in Dubai. Then have no contact details just an AI email account that no one can speak to. I would run far away from this company and to be honest any other company associated with this company should disassociate with them quickly. You do not need this service to support your property sourcing at all. There are others that are honest and have actual humans and at a 10th of this extortionate price, that you are deceived to state that it is monthly but it is a whole year taken out in 1 payment. Such a dishonest manner to conduct a company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed.
