Defective & Old Product send
Pathetic customer service. I received a defective product (rocking chair) and the package seemed really old. The cardboard box was damaged and using some tapes it was somehow made to be in shape.
The product had mildew infections on it and I sent the pictures of the same. But they paid no heed to my emails and asked me send the product and 20% of the price will be charged for the shipping again. I had already paid the shipping fee for the initial deliver and ended up with a defective item in the end.
I would never advise anyone to make a purchase with this company. Seems like a scam!!

I ordered a kitchen machine from this…
I ordered a kitchen machine from this company and used it one time and wahsed some of parts in a washing machine at regular conditions. After the washing, colour of the surface of parts is totally changed. Before washing, there is the shining metal on surface of the parts and after washing, these metal shining totally disappeared, which means that quality of the product is in question. About a week ago I sent emails with a photo of the parts to the company and they did not contact me and completely ignored what happened.
Advice everyone that do not buy any products from this company.

Good product overall
Good quality, strong and very easy to assemble. We bought it for our Golden Retriever puppy and to be used inside the apartment. The size is also good for when he is a grown up (and no need to be used full size from the beginning). It can be changed to different shapes without the need of disassembling. Overall a very good product it. Very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended!

Excellent price but non-existent customer service
Cat furniture was falling apart within a month of assembling it (the carpeted covering was frayed and unglued). I contacted customer service and received no reply for 4 weeks. I contacted customer service again (one week ago) and haven’t received a reply. Frustrating and a waste of time. Now I’m contacting Konsumentverket.
UPDATE: DealProffsen asked me for more information about my issue following this bad review. I sent them my order details, but again, never heard from them after that.

damaged item, no sustomer service
Ordered atwo items one of which is damaged. Have written to Dealproffsen twice to no response. They claim a 3 day response time. No option to use ’chatta’ as advised on their website, seems like the red button has been removed. Stuck with damaged item. No telephone contact details on webite. Very disatisfied. Am considering the ombudesman.
