3 weeks after placing the order, I still have not received the item I bought. After one week, I contacted customer service asking for information and they did not answer. At this point, I am losing hope that I will ever receive my order.

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. When you buy something from them and return it, they take the item without issuing any refund! I exchanged emails with someone for a long time without any progress, and eventually, they stopped responding!
Don't buy from this place.

Unsatisfied,down seatbelts can not be tighted,one on the shoulder it's not ok. Seems very unstable. Very dissapointed. And can't track somebody to sent it back.
