My sofa unfortunately arrived damaged, it wobbled and was too soft on one side. The customer support was very nice and quickly arranged for a new one to be delivered, and the old one taken away. The new one is perfect and such a nice sofa!

Befor ordering I went to see all the courches at the showroom in my city. The service was very nice and helpful. I then ordered and customized online and everything arrived as planned. The quality is beautiful. I'm very happy with the whole experience and my gorgeous sofa and chair.

I ordered a sofa cover in September for the sofa I purchased in August. I was sent many emails asking if I was certain that I wanted this new cover, but was never asked --or told how --to pay. The order was cancelled because I had not paid. I then arranged with another person to have the order reopened and was sent a bill. I paid. The new cover was delivered two months later.
It is the WRONG COLOR than what I ordered.
So displeased with the experience.

After looking for a sofa for months online I decided to visit the SOFACOMPANY store in Berlin. Janna, the sales woman was so friendly, patient, and attentive that I really felt that she's there to help and not to sell. I went there twice because I wanted to feel absolutely confident with my choice and the experience was the same. Then, the sofa was ready almost 3 weeks earlier than promised, which was a lovely surprise. I am super happy with my sofa. It looks fantastic, it's so cozy and comfortable, and it managed to provide the atmosphere that I wanted, which is a mixture of vintage and modern. SOFACOMPANY are highly recommended, and thank you Janna! <3

This shop is not to be trusted at all. My order took weeks longer than the two weeks promised, sent me the completely wrong color, should be more of a beige color and the sofa they sent is gray. Customer service told me that it because of the lighting. Delivery did not even put it together and took the packaging with them as promised and written as part their services. I am sending it back. I will update when after that process is finished.
Now comes it is not assembly unpacking is not included. But direct from there website:
zwar nicht nur bis vor die Tür, sondern bis in die Wohnung an die Verwendungsstelle inklusive Verpackungsmitnahme. Eine Ausnahme gilt bei Insel Lieferungen. Hier erfolgt die Lieferung bis Bordsteinkante ohne Verpackungsmitnahme.

In my initial review of Sofacompany I had issues not so much with Sofacompany but with their delivery partners, Rhenus Home Delivery GmbH. I was contacted shortly afterwards by the Logistics Manager DACH for Sofacompany. In his mail he explained in detail the next steps and the timeframes in which they would happen. This mail alone gave me such reassurance that Sofacompany was now managing the situation. From that point on I was in direct contact until delivery. I take my hat off for its proactive measures in seeking to address and fix this issue to my 100% satisfaction. Thankyou Sofacompany, the Vincent sofa is lovely!

We had to wait for 3months in order to get the sofa and once it arrived we didn't know that wooden leg installation is different so we wanted to return it but the customer service was so helpful and guided us on how we can install it.

I had a good experience while visiting to the store.
But however I purchased a sofa (Sigrid 3 sitzer Sofa) from the Sofa Company which was delivered to me on 12.10.2022.
My Order Number is : 11000047657
After the sofa was delivered I found out that in the back side of the sofa a certain portion is ripped . I have attached the relevant pictures for reference in my email to to the support team but haven't received any further information following the same.
Kindly let me know if it is possible for the team to repair the same.

The experience in the show room was great, they were very nice, very helpful, and very patient, the sofa was delivered very quickly, unfortunately the crocodile connection on the modular sofa we ordered is not in a good condition, we requested a spare part, but that is taking way to long to receive, hence we can’t fully enjoy the amazing sofa we have purchased….I hope we get a call soon with the spare part ready
Super service and very happy with my chair and sofa. Once I had ordered I noted that I by mistake ordered the incorrect chair. This was upon emailing the Sofa company, immediately corrected. Also the delivery was timely announced and the timing could be agreed to meet my schedule. I would go back and also recommend Sofa Company to friends.

I went to visit the Berlin store with little German and met an employee, Jonathan, who spoke fluent native level English. He patiently explained the tech behind the sofas, answered all of my many questions, and showed me the floor models and videos of how the different sofas are made. I was very impressed and will definitely order a product this week.
