Braun sends their packages from the uk, they say that the rest of Europe won’t have to pay customs, but it’s not exactly true, they sent me two packages, the first one I didn’t have to pay customs, but the second one I did have to pay.

Good Braun shop but...
Braun clocks is a UK based Braun shop (so there are custom fees if you order from Europe). This is not obvious at the website. The delivery time (for France) was fast, less than a week, (no complaints about this). The digital clock is good (as described at the site), but the package didn't include batteries, which is a bit unacceptable when you pay 50 euros for an alarm clock. I recommend it as a shop but I wouldn't return just because I want to avoid paying additional costs due to the customs

Local toll is not included in the price. Because the transport is by UK mail (Braun have decited) I have to pay extra fee to the danish mail over 20 euro. the delivery was delayed in about 10 days because the toll charging is send by mail.
Don’t buy Braun product i UK if the price or delivery time is important!!

After two months I still haven't received the order, as it is in customs clearance.
I should NOT be the only Spaniard in the same problem.
I have not bought in any market or online store. I bought it almost 3 months ago in the UK and from a brand that I thought was prestigious.
I think they could know the problem and manage the paperwork and customs duties from the origin.
After all, it would have been cheaper for me to buy from Amazon.
Disappointed and disappointed. Sorry.

German-made Clocks send from the UK... Brexit means extra costs!!!
To whom it may concern,
Unfortananlty I bought a German-made Clock with a German brand, send via the UK, which meant that the final price was 23% higher than the one presented on the request. That would not be a problem if this was mentioned previously and not after arriving. With the new Brexit rules, the difference is 23% in taxes.
This is not correct!
Since I bought a German watch, the expectation from the client-side was it to be sent from Germany, not from the UK!
