I have not received the shipment yet
I have not received the shipment yet, and the problem is that there is luck of information aa well as when I requsted info there is delay in information. The shipment was diapatched very fast with Parcelforce and tracking info adviced out of delivery but problems in adress and shipper contacted. But shipment is shown as being in Germany although adress is in Greece. Also details of delivery adress are shown correct.
I contacted Braun again to advice me which courier company is representative of parcel force in Greece and they adviced me that is Hellenic post but that prooved to be wrong.
The iaaue here is not the delay but the info and the actions taken. I will certainly never again shop from Braun. Would you?

Bad shipping service
A bit complicated the option to see all the watches, since it doesn't display the sales.
About the shipping fees, I thought they were a bit high from the beginning, but given the service received from Royal Mail, I find them more than abusive. 10€ for a purchase that I still haven't received (I bought it on january 11th) and didn't hear from them at any point until I decided to reach out when the delivery had been delayed...

Clocks are being shipped from the UK. After Brexit, if you receive it in the EU be aware, it has to go through customs (took a week extra) and possibly extra fees are involved.

We aim to dispatch all orders immediately once payment is confirmed and are usually delivered within 5-7 working days, as quoted on our website. However at times due to delay in custom procedures it may take slightly longer then expected.
Having checked our record I can confirm that you order was dispatched on 09/01/23 and was successfully delivered on 20/01/23.
All EU orders are dispatched on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, so there will not be any duty to be paid at your end for receiving your order.

Item was not delivered
The item was not delivered, and the vendor is not refunding even though tracking confirms the parcel has been missing for over a month.
This took a lot of effort on my side to get any meaningful response from the seller.

I can confirm that your order shipment arrived with customs on 23/12 but it was not cleared until 27/12.
Having checked the tracking status your order has now been pending for collection from delivery office since 27/12 due to no one was available to receive delivery.
