After getting in some trouble with my new Printer the support took care with some standard answers. After clarifying about my technical experience and knowledge they took serious actions to solve my problem. At same day some spare parts are sent to me without any costs.
They not only want you to buy, they want you to be happy with your product.
That's the right spirit!

I saw the Kobra S1 Combo for under 400€ and decided to throw myself into the maker world.
The first printer had no connections (BT/WiFi) and refused to accept any print orders.
He went right back. The second one was never (Firmware) but had a faulty circuit board.
The support was very helpful, they sent me a new part and another experience begun. It's a pain in the ass to swap out the board, and b.w. not makeable with your Allen key. That's why the instruction video is cut at 0:45 (you need a longer or a ball head key).
Finally: It took you to devices and two weeks of work, me 2 swearing hours and 2 weeks waiting, to get a working printer. Regarding the price, everything is OK. The support alone would have a 5-star rating, The printer alone would have 3, regarding the price, maybe 4 stars.

After several stops and repairs, I took one star for the price, knowing a lot of China-bunch, I don't think it's the same quality as others, worth the price but not more.

After over 4 weeks the printer worked for a few minutes before the Extruder failed.
Again 5 days of waiting, again repairing a new device. It's a shame. 1 star is all you get, maybe it is too much.
Great machine and support
I have a used Mono and I bought an Anycubic M7. I had some initial dial in trouble and later I discovered a faulty/stuck screw in the vat. Both time I got fast and satisfactory support. Very positive experience.
The printer itself is printing like a dream.

Broken hotend and this destroyed the hotend holder.
I have a big issues, i placed a new hotend original second Version of the hotend of a anycubic Kobra s1 combo.
The hot was calibrated, 10 Print hours later.. the hotend broks in two Things, destroyed the Print head und Print headhouse.
I Talk too the customer Support. I become a very fix answer to fix the Problem with new stuff.

Top Service
Bought a Mono M7 Pro in january via Amazon. In september the touchscreen stopped working with only a few horizontal lines showing. I contacted the anycubic's technical support and provided them with the order number. Within 10 days or so I received a new touchschreen, cable and protective cover from china. All free of charge, only had to replaced it myself. Anycubic has an online tutorial on process.

I had an I3 Mega a few years ago...
I had an I3 Mega a few years ago, the service was good back then so it was one of the reasons to get an S1 combo. Not a perfect product, so i had to use the service two times already. Both times there was a prompt answer and i got the neccessary parts shipped to me. I think this is a good way of costumer service since there is a lot of documentation on installing the parts and you don't have to send in the whole printer. So in summary: Service is as good as it was a few years ago. Thank you Mark@support

I received the replacement parts today. It was a very fast delivery, thank you. In my experience, Anycubic's support is very good. I installed the new part and the printer worked perfectly again. I find Anycubic's repair videos very helpful. I have the Kobra 3 Combo and have printed 1,000 hours in 9 months. The Kobra 3 is a good entry point into 3D printing.
