Great products
Great products, and after sales support. Buy with confidence from a well known 3d printer brand.
Anycubic printers are the biggest waste…
Anycubic printers are the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, less than 4 months old purchased brand new in February and the printer has failed, will no longer print correct, endless failed prints, support is next to useless, they send out parts and expect you to repair it yourself.

I ordered a photon mono with the max wash and cure combo. The items were delivered separately the same day. Both were left on the doorstep and were stolen. I raised the issues with them straight away. The response was I was to take it up with the couriers at it is not their responsibility. This is against UK consumer law. Gave them time to sort it but now are refusing to do anything after I reported it to klarna. They have used all the excuses under the sun to avoid replacing or refund. Please don't need to use their customer support as it is absolutely rubish
Missed delivery date and poor customer service
I ordered an Anycubic Kobra printer with an expected delivery date of bewtween 21st and 30th March. This date has now passed with no comunication from Anycubic to let me know the reasons why. I have contacted customer support but have now been waiting for 2 days for a response.

Brilliant service very helpful with questions and product i would recommend anycubic to everyone
World Class Technical Support.
The printer developed a fault after 2 months of ownership. Anycubic tech support were on it immediately. They responded extremely quickly and diagnosed the problem straight away. They then arranged to have the new part shipped for me to fit. I did this with no problems due to their excellent instuctions (on the website) It also sorted the problem. I am so impressed with their customer service that I am already considering purchasing another one or their resin printers.
Anycubic, First problem I needed assistance with
First problem I needed assistance, I emailed support with the error log. Next day reply with fault identified, part being sent out as it is under warranty.
You can't ask for better support.
Top quality i may need another.
I'm new to 3d printing and really wasn't sure what to get then a name kept popping up Anycubic Kobra S1 so i started to take a look and liked what I saw, I really liked the fact the ace pro had the built in drier. I ordered at the beginning of December and it too a couple of days to arrive in ordered the combo with a filament bundle the filament came separately but both arrived the same day being new to printing i took my time with the set up and was still up and running in about 30 minutes since then ive done about 370 hours of printing without problems other than a few user error moments, when I did eventually have a issue that wasn't user error technical support was on hand to get me sorted very fast to pick up the ticket and reply within a week of contacting them i had replacement parts at my house. I've been extremely impressed with everything about anycubic and recommend them to everyone. The only problem i do have is convincing the wife I need another one .
Left Kobraless
I never get excited about gadgets, they genuinely hold no appeal for me but when my son's birthday was on approach, he really wanted one of these 3D printer thingies (I admit, I was curious too).
Using the power of the Google, tried to familiarise myself through product and ownership reviews (price banding helped what with being a tightwad) and so after hours of brain fizzing madness, landed on Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo as a recommended place to start for a beginner.
Order placed (nice and easy process) 14th Jan 2026 and very clearly displayed as Pre-Order on the website (a term in my mind reserved for new products on approach to market, not those already in mainstream production), I knew I was on for a wait which an estimate despatch window of 5th to 10th February was stated at time of order.
I'd also purchased the Seel 'worry free delivery' insurance, kinda glad I did now.
I was urged to download the 'Shop' app to track order progress which duly did.
With complete radio silence and no ordering information updates up until 8th February when I reached out to Anycubic UK for an approximate ETA to be 'put in my box' about how this was a 'Pre Sales' order (not Pre-Order as per the website) and being curtly told that it would be dispatched during the dispatch window given....ok that's lovely, how about a courtesy update to your customers during this window, most other companies do.
The point where I wish I could have given a 0 score was the response that I received when I stated my understanding of Pre Sales/Pre Order (make your minds up) and shown them the dispatch window assigned for my order.
It is very rare for 7 year olds to be online shopping, certainly for products of this nature, so don't treat your customers like they are..
Then when applying for a refund, I was first offered some free parts (which sound like they should have been dispatched with the non existent printer), then asked for a reason (they really shouldn't have asked!), then gave me an explanation AGAIN of what Pre Sales/Pre Orders (still make your mind up) again!
So, sounds like I was unlucky as there appears to be lots of happy punters, but I can only summise that the UK wing of Anycubic take money for devices they don't have, then place a bulk order when they've received enough customer orders (hence a Pre Order being applied to existing models).
Refund was processed quickly though in fairness, so was put towards another brand of 3D printer which was admittedly more expensive, but arrived overnight.

I had a problem with my Axe Pro filament feed. Anycubic tech support were so helpful getting to the bottom of the problem, emailing me solutions which were fast and thorough.
Thank you Anycubic.
I would definitely say to prospective buyers looking for a 3D printer, give Anycubic a go, you won't be disappointed.

Having purchased the Kobra 3 with the Ace pro it has been a brilliant machine to use. Quality is far superior to other ones i have used.
Even the warranty feature has been excellant. The support for this has been very quick and helpful even taking into consideration the time zone. From the UK.
I am extremely happy with mine and i am considering buying another one as they are so good.
Easy access to product support….
The ease of access to product support along with the fast response has been very helpful in getting my printer functioning again.
Quick identification of the faulty part and very clear instructions on the replacement procedure all add to a great support experience.

I needed assistance and the support team were perfect, very helpful and clear. Resolved my issue very quickly.
Definitely a happy customer.
My S1 is amazing also.
Excellent post-sales support
When my Kobra 3 v2 developed a fault after 6 months, the response was immediate, even on Christmas Day. The support team identified the problem and sent replacement parts together with a link to the fitting instructions. Their post-sales support is superb!
World class customer service
I have moved from another printer brand ( returned my printer) and now exclusively use ANYCUBIC. Not because the printer was bad, but because ANYCUBIC customer service is absolutely world class. I now have 3 printers (2 Kobra 3, and a Kobra s1. Had issues with bed levelling on Kobra 3. A bit of advice and things to try followed by a free strain gauge. This didn’t help so a new print head assembly was sent to me. I can’t sing their praises enough!!!!
Great support
I have bought several printers form anycubic and the printers have been great. but what makes anycubic stand out is that when you have an issue, they solve it - I have had a couple of times when a part has broken and they have replaced it. So for me, having this peace of mind means that if I buy from anycubic and there is a problem, i know they will resolve it.

Great support to overcome a problem I had. Replacement part sent promptly free of charge.
Anycubic 3D Printer Support Experience
Had to raise a Service Ticket with AC for a Kobra S1 Combo and the process was very fast and efficient with parts being advised for despatch within 24 hours.
Upon received the parts were fitted and issue resolved.
The service agent, "Bell" is one of the best I have encountered in any industry and a credit. Generally gets the diagnosis correct 1st time, responds very quickly and processes the parts request near enough immediately.
