Tried to use my credit card and was denied. Stopped in local branch and Pedro Rosario listened to my problem and he checked to see if there was a problem. Couldn’t find one but he upgraded my present card the one with tap. I’ve been a member for over 25 years
And working with staff like Pedro Rosario makes banking so much easier.

Pedro Rosario went above and beyond to help us with a financial matter. His manager Lori helped him also. Kind, patient, and way above and beyond. Definitely an asset to DCU.

The Member Service Representative, Lily Normandin was incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process stressful free. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my financial options. I highly recommend her.

Lisa made the process incredibly easy for me to complete the transactions that i needed to. It is difficult for me to perform what others might consider simple, so having someone who is compassionate and courteous to help with the things i cant do is wonderful.

Received fast, efficient customer service from Pedro Rosario not only was he friendly he was also knowledgeable
