Excellent experience so Far!
I've had two phone calls with representatives from DCU/1st Technology Credit Union over the past 2 business days.

They were both personable, patient, knowledgeable, courteous and were able to guide me through the process of both becoming a member and complete EXPERTS at the various options that the membership includes. Their online system worked perfectly, there were no issues whatsoever. I'm excited to see where this leads!

Been a member for 42 years and I have had nothing but amazing personal service from Heidi and the Fitchburg branch. Everything from autos loans to personal retirement plans, I have always been well taken care of and given sound advice.
