Product was never received, but they refused to help. Post office marked it as delivered and suggested I file a claim, but since the package was not insured, the claim could not be filed. DBPOWER said it costs extra to insure and they don’t do it. They will not refund my money

Great product. Get the higher output. Starts any car quickly. Works all the time when needed. Great to have if you travel a lot.

DJ550 has worked for me but I absolutely hate the lack of a USB C charge input. Proprietary inputs stink. Lesson learned. I'll do better research and replace it.

Most of my DB power purchases have been on Amazon. This time Amazon did not have the item I was looking for. It was easy to find and purchase the Jump Pack. I have a Jump Pack in each vehicle in the household. I have recommended them to several folks. They have all been happy with their purchases as well. Having a device than can charge my phone or jump start the care (most often the lawn tractor at the beginning of the season) without needing to connect two vehicles together or drag a large jump pack or battery charger is very handy.

Bought 2 years ago, DJS50, 1800Ah it works as long as battery is Above 11 volts , my car is a diesel 1600, and it’s failed on numerous occasions as i don’t do the mileage now I am retired, when I complained they said I needed to discharge djs50 and recharge every 2 months to keep it in optimum state, so disappointed, not what you want in an emergency when you have a flat battery , also how do you discharge unit, the helpline could not answer my question.

dbpower, worker through my issues with the product and I am confident now that my purchase is the one I need.

bought one for my car for emergencies and decided to use it on my wife i pad to charge. it would start charging then in less than a minute it would stop, tried it on my phone the same thing happen. bought a new updated one with type c connection the same thing happens. then turned the flash lite on the DB power unit it would charge my devices.

Shipping was a little slow, but the item arrived within 2 weeks and is as described.

Quick turn around from time of order to receipt of product. Very responsive support team, too. Why buy from Amazon when you can get it right from the source???

I was really disappointed after installing DBPOWER PROJECTOR to iPhone 13 Pro Max and WI-FI TV provider! When I tried to play anything, it would show a blank screen and only the sound would work! I

contacted DBPOWER in Southeast Asia and they told me my software on iPhone would not operate because of copyright infringement with Apple to project any program from my TV provider! Only reason I purchased this to use on houseboat!!! Haven’t figured out how to send back for refund! DBPOWER said they would review my problem and respond soon! 4 business days and still no response! The photo showing iPhone above projector and Wi-Fi symbol is very miss leading… I rate this double zero! 😟 $$$ waisted

it was great a little slow on items location, but it was during the holidays, so it was understandable. Overall a great experience, will definitely consider buying from you again

Received on time, haven't had a situation that I can use it on. Remember this is for an emergency dead battery.

Does not work on Netflix. Want to return.
