easy to use and charge, compct

The shipment was so late that i`m out of the country till April,I requested 7 times to cancel this order.I have gotten no response from your customer services even after repeated attempts to contact you

I had a DBPower jump starter in my vehicles for years. I recently check on mine to charge it and found the case had come completely apart from the unit. I called customer care which was excellent. They asked for a few pictures then confirmed they are replacing it. I know it was years out of warranty but this company really stands behind their products. Just a heads up if you are thinking about purchasing one of their products

Prompt and efficient customer service. One small issue with the product was addressed and resolved within 24 hours and to my complete satisfaction. Battery pack was shipped promptly and just as described.Would have been nice to have charger included but I found one for $7.Charged up in just a few minutes.Now we will see when it is needed.

My car did not start this morning. The unit showed 12.1v but it still did not start. Attached the Db Power and was on the road is less than 5-minutes

I got a rd828 projector and it worked ok for about 1 movie. Then half the screen went brown. Like foggy. You can't make out anything on the right side and the brightness is bad also... It has some great features when it was working.

I needed to replace my starter which had fallen off the workbench and broke open. My model was no longer available. I ordered a similar model. It shipped quickly and process was fast and easy.

I called and emailed about a defective battery. I had just received asking for steps to start an exchange and I never got a replacement and exchange or any actual help after providing everything that the representatives had asked me for.

My neighbor used this to jump my tractor and he said he used it to jump 7 cars with know problem

The wrong item was sent. Not what I ordered. I ordered the DJS50 but received the DJS90, which does not have the same dc 12v output and does not include dc adapters. I wrote an email to customer service and got no response. I called customer service to return the unit and was told that they needed to "Escalate" (for a simple return?) the request to some other person who will contact me at some later unspecified time. No one has contacted me and it has been a week.
