I have a High index @ -14. I can only get -12 here then wear nearsighted pair of glasses @ -2. So I'm thinking the thicker lenses like mine are stronger than the thinner ones - only ordered maybe 5 times but no tears. Not sure how they/you make them - maybe try a plastic like acuvue moist - from research the higher the water content the worse they are for dry eyes as the eyes need to work harder to hydrate the lenses. You can use "Refresh Optive Advanced" lubricant eye drops while using the lenses to help keep moist. I'll be ordering aging soon. I love the high index and greatful for them available because I really get tired of wearing glasses all the time !!! Just like all lenses - some work - some don't.

I have been using Daysoft lenses for about 20 years or more. They are hygienic and extremely comfortable. So much so I have occasionally forgotten they were in. I bought some for my son-in-law as a Christmas present and he now orders them himself and says they were one of the best Christmas presents he has been given.

Poor quality lenses, used to be a long time customer but switched last year. Needed emergency last minute contacts only daysoft could deliver so I purchased but as soon as I got on holiday I remembered why I don’t buy these. Don’t stick to my eye at all, almost have to scrap them off on the eyeball, then when it comes to taking them out particularly hard in comparison to other lenses, with issues often (lense tearing, remainder stuck in white part of eye, or just moving so that it’s not on retina but in eyeball). Would not recommend

After nearly 20yrs of use, today makes the last day I’ll use Daysoft lenses. They’ve never been the best but they did represent the best value for money overall.

However, the quality over the last year or so has declined so much that I often have to replace lenses half way through the day as they have come apart whilst wearing them.

I did contact the company to complain about the quality of recent batches and the reply I received simply offered me a free pack and made no apology or mentioned any plans to improve quality.

These lenses refuse to stay on my fingertip and when I eventually present them to my eyes they refuse to adhere to my eyeball.
I've had to throw a number of them away and put in other lenses that work.
Cheap but a false economy, I'm afraid.

Don’t like the fact that it would appear I can no order lens as u need them but have to have a rolling month, as don’t use lens everyday,

I’ve been wearing these lenses for many, many years and they are the best value on the market. The website is easy to navigate and the re-ordering process is simple. I only wish they also sold toric lenses so I could buy for both eyes!

I would not recommend dayglow at all. I last used them around 3 years ago and found them good for the price but it seems the quality has gone down. They are very brittle and hard to get into my eye and once in they make my eyes red and itchy. They’re also difficult to get out, it feels like they dry out on my eye even when I use saline solution and eye drops. I’d just pay a bit more £ and get good quality lenses.

Easy ordering. Only order what’s needed so No subscription which is ideal for me as I only wear them occasionally.

Very easy company to work with - UK-based customer service telephone number for any enquiries - quick delivery. Cost saving of over £20 a month by switching from a high-street opticians - 1 x month supply of daily disposables for under £20 including delivery is a huge help! Would recommend.

Have used Daysoft for many years with little issue. However the last few times I have ordered the delivery time hassle seriously let them down. I placed an order on 21st June and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking doesn't work either.
Their customer service is their saving grace, they've posted me more lenses today so just have to hope these turn up this time or sadly I won't order again.

Daysoft lenses are great so comfortable to wear the delivery is expedient and the price is great for the quality of the lenses

I have been using it for at least 8 years but recently the quality have gone down so much I can no longer use them. Things like holes in the lens. Worst they keep breaking in my eye so not sure where they have gone. Their customer service is super good thou I give them that they replace faulty batch all the time but I just can’t afford having lenses break in my eye is pretty scary. Sorry won’t come back until quality improve to back when you guys first started.

Excellent customer service from Daysoft. Following an opticians appointment and a drastic change of prescription I contacted them via email and had a response the very next morning. Posted an unused box of lenses the same day and received my replacement new prescription today. Such a prompt service in under 3 days
