Great product! Didn’t receive a tracking number right away, though.

Have rated based in purchasing process only as product has not been dispatched yet. Still waiting

We purchased a floor lamp, the description stated that it provided a warm lighting option for reading. In reality, it is a nuclear bright light! Of course I had to assemble it to see what it was like. We decided to return it and called and obtained a return authorization number - but we had to pay for shipping. Now, they refuse to refund us any money because it was opened.! The light was carefully repacked and used for literally 2 minutes. How are you supposed to judge a product without opening the package? So now I am out the cost of the product plus shipping and they have the item. Buyer Beware! Stay away from these clowns. I might have to escalate this to a legal response and challenge them in small claims court. Absurd. Shop elsewhere.

Quick, accurate, no complaint

The package came well wrapped; I did need to email to ask for details of the despatch as I did not hear for a few days but was emailed back within a few hours to say it was in the post that day. It is a present so has not yet been used.

Your sales person Ryan was wonderful. My problem is that I can't get the light to work consistently. I purchased a second adaptor figuring the first one had a short, but no luck. I used it for two weeks and it was fine, then it just went off. I can occasionally get it to come on, but just for a little while and it goes off. I'm disappointed. Your claim process is troublesome.

The product is great shipping was great. I only have one small issue which I feel was not. I was very happy with. I was told that the first time I ordered I was if I have an email address I get a coupon for a discount for the next purchase so I ordered that base for the existing lamp I had cost of about 200 and something dollars and then a week or so later or maybe a week later I tried to order a anothe lamp with a magnifying glass and it was supposed to be on sale everything else so I tried to apply it and they said no it doesn’t work because the discount doesn’t work because it’s a black Friday sale so I don’t know. I still have a discount redeem I can use for my email sign up or what but it just a little disappointing that I basically couldn’t get a discount. I bought a whole another light lab for almost $200 again otherwise product is great and shipping and service is good thank you.

Fast service, as requested and well packaged

I bought a lamp from the Daylight Company for my elderly mum, who suffers from age-related macular degeneration.

I/we are very satisfied. The lamp is sturdy, has a perfect size, and is very suitable for seniors. Three light color options and 4–5 brightness levels can all be operated using a simple hand switch. That’s exactly how it should be.

In addition, the delivery time within the EU was really fast, as the Daylight Company was evidently smart enough to set up a warehouse in the Netherlands.

I can only recommend the company and its products.

The light is even better than I expected. It arrived promptly and was easy to put together

The lights were great just a shame that the delivery let you down, I changed the delivery to collect from local Post Office and had confirmation (as I’d be away) and it still was delivered and left with a neighbour - not good

Purchased the item required with ease, and it was shipped within a matter of days.

I'd definitely recommend this company if you need a daylight lamp for crafting and reading.

The product came very quickly and was delivered in good condition. I'm not having them installed right away so I tested them to make sure they were working and they are. I'm looking forward to getting them installed in my studio.
